This study was conducted to examine the relationship between the transformative leadership style of gymnastics coaches on the performance strategies of athletes. The conclusions drawn are as follows. First, among the transformational leadership of gymnasts, personal consideration significantly affected the athletes' self-talk. It was found that intellectual stimulation and charisma did not have a significant effect. Second, it was found that all factors of the player's transformational leadership did not significantly affect the player's emotional regulation. Third, it was found that individual consideration among the players' transformational leadership significantly affected their automatic performance ability. It was found that intellectual stimulation and charisma did not have a significant effect. Fourth, it was found that individual consideration and charisma among the players' transformational leadership significantly affected the player's goal setting. Intellectual stimulation did not appear to have a significant effect. Fifth, it was found that individual consideration among the players' transformational leadership significantly affected the player's image. It was found that intellectual stimulation and charisma did not have a significant effect. Sixth, it was found that individual consideration among the players' transformational leadership significantly affected the players' relaxation. It was found that intellectual stimulation and charisma did not have a significant effect. Seventh, it was found that all factors of the transformational leadership of gymnasts did not significantly affect the negative thinking of athletes. Eighth, it was found that all factors of the players' transformational leadership did not significantly affect the players' distraction.

본 연구는 체조지도자의 변혁적 리더십 유형이 체조선수들의 수행전략에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하기 위한 목적 으로 진행되었으며, 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체조지도자의 변혁적 리더십 중 개별적 배려는 체조선수들의 혼잣 말에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지적 자극, 카리스마는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체조지도자의 변혁적 리더십의 모든 요인이 체조선수들의 감정 조절에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체조지도자의 변혁적 리더십 중 개별적 배려는 체조선수들의 자동적 수행에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지적 자극, 카리스마는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 체조지도자의 변혁적 리더십 중 개별적 배려와 카리 스마는 체조선수들의 목표설정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지적 자극은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 체조지도자의 변혁적 리더십 중 개별적 배려는 체조선수들의 심상에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지적 자극, 카리스마는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 체조지도자의 변혁적 리더십 중 개별적 배려는 체조선수들의 긴장 풀기에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지적 자극, 카리스마는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 체조지도자의 변혁적 리더십의 모든 요인이 체조선수들의 부정적 생각에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째, 체조지도자의 변혁적 리더십의 모든 요인이 체조선수들의 주의 산만에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
