This study was conducted with the purpose of analyzing the importance-satisfaction for the operation of the KBF Division League to prepare basic data on efficient league operation and other sports expansion in the future. As for the research participants to achieve such research objectives, 539 people participating in the KBF League in 2021 were selected as a purpose sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using questionnaires, and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and technical statistics were performed using SPSS 23.0 and Excel (2016), and IPA analysis was performed based on the average value of each question. The results derived by applying the above research method are as follows. First, programs and items were the highest in the importance item, and budget items were the highest in the satisfaction item. In addition, in the importance analysis, managers, systems, and facility environments were high in order, followed by promotion, budget, communication, and motivation. Next, in the satisfaction survey, motivation, promotion, program, manager, facility environment, system, and communication were in order. Second, public relations, managers, and programs were located in the first quadrant, and it was found that they were highly perceived in terms of importance and satisfaction, and facilities and systems were found in the second quadrant. In addition, the third quadrant appeared as communication and motivation, and the fourth quadrant appeared as a budget.

본 연구는 KBF 디비전 리그의 운영을 위한 중요도-만족도 분석하여 향후 효율적인 리그 운영과 타 종목 확대에 대한 기초자료를 제사하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이와 같은 연구목적 달성을 위한 연구 참여자는 2021년 KBF 리그 에 참여하는 539명을 유목적 표집 방법으로 선정하였다. 자료 분석은 설문지를 이용하였고, SPSS 23.0과 Excel(2016) 을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 기술통계를 실시하였고, 각 문항의 평균값을 토대로 IPA 분석을 하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법을 적용하여 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중요도 항목에서는 프로그램, 항목이 가장 높게 나타났고, 만족도 항목에서는 예산 항목이 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한, 중요도 분석에서는 관리자, 시스템, 시설환경 순으로 높게 나타났으며, 홍보, 예산, 소통, 동기 부여 순으로 나타났다. 그다음으로 만족도 조사에서는 동기 부여, 홍보, 프로그램, 관리자, 시설환경, 시스템, 소통 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 제1 사분면에 해당하는 항목으로는 홍보, 관리자, 프로 그램이 위치되었으며, 중요도와 함께 만족도에서도 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났고, 제2 사분면에 해당하는 항목으로는 시설, 시스템으로 나타났다. 그리고 제3 사분면은 소통, 동기 부여로 끝으로 제4 사분면은 예산으로 나타났다.
