The purpose of this study is to examine the degree of perception of job value, major satisfaction, and career decision self-efficacy for college students majoring in tax accounting at universities in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon, and to empirically analyze whether job value has a mediating effect on career decision self-efficacy. A survey method was used to achieve the research purpose, and the survey period was conducted from March 2, 2022 to April 29, 2022. First, the derived research results showed that both internal and external job values related to the effect of job values on major satisfaction had a significant effect on major satisfaction. Second, in the effect of job value on career decision-making self-efficacy, internal value was found to have a significant effect on all five sub-factors of career decision-making self-efficacy, information collection, goal selection, career plan, and problem-solving. On the other hand, it was confirmed that external values only affect self-evaluation and problem-solving. Third, it was found that major satisfaction had a significant effect on all of the factors of self-evaluation, information collection, goal selection, career plan, and problem-solving of career decision-making self-efficacy. Fourth, in the mediating effect analysis of major satisfaction, it was found that internal job value had a significant effect on career decision-making self-efficacy through partial mediation of major satisfaction. These results show that the higher the perception of major satisfaction of college students with high internal job values, the higher the self-efficacy of career decision-making self-efficacy. Based on the derived research results, it is expected to be able to present educational directions for strategic career guidance for college students majoring in tax accounting.

본 연구는 서울, 경기, 인천 소재 전문대학교의 세무회계학과 전공 대학생들을 대상으로 직업가치관 과 전공만족도, 진로결정 자기효능감의 인식 정도를 고찰해보고, 직업가치관이 진로결정 자기효능감에 영향을 주는 과정에서 전공만족도의 매개효과가 있는지를 실증 분석하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 설문조사방법을 사용했으며, 조사기간은 2022년 3월 2일부터 2022년 4월 29일까지 실시하였다. 도출된 연구결과는 첫째, 직업가치관이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향관련 내적 직업가치관과 외적 직업 가치관 모두 전공만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 직업가치관이 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서 내적 가치관은 진로결정 자기효능감의 자기평가, 정보수집, 목표선택, 진로계획, 문제해결 5개 의 하위요인 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 외적 가치관은 자기평가와 문제해결 에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 전공만족도가 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향관련 전공만족도는 진로결정 자기효능감의 자기평가, 정보수집, 목표선택, 진로계획, 문제해결 요인 모두에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전공만족도의 매개효과 분석에서는 내적 직업가치관은 전 공만족도를 부분매개로 진로결정 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 내적 직업가치관이 높은 대학생은 전공만족도를 높게 지각 할수록 진로결정 자기효능감이 더욱 높아진 다는 것을 알 수 있다. 도출된 연구결과를 기반으로 세무회계학 전공 대학생들의 전략적 진로지도를 위 한 교육방향을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
