There are 130 domestic papers related to smart factory published so far (2007-2021), and among them, there are only 37 papers in business administration related to technology acceptance. Although it is a very important means of competition from the perspective of business strategy, related research in the field of business administration is insufficient. Therefore, in this study, 37 papers in business administration related to the acceptance of smart factory technology published in Korea were analyzed, and current research trends, topics, research methods and limitations were reviewed, and future research directions were suggested. A brief summary of the analysis results is as follows. First, 73% (27 papers) of all papers analyzed were analyzed at the individual level using technology acceptance models such as UTAUT and TAM. Second, the research was conducted with the single concept of a smart factory, so it was not possible to accurately grasp the technology acceptance intention and influencing factors for each element technology. Third, the introduction stage of companies that introduced smart factory technology was not considered. Fourth, there are very few studies on management strategy, production strategy, and informatization strategy in relation to the smart factory. In future research, it is necessary to distinguish between organizational and individual level analysis and to compare them, and systematic analysis of the introduction intention and influence factors by element technology and application stage is required. Lastly, it is necessary to expand the research into business strategy, production strategy, and information system utilization strategy so that more companies have the opportunity to improve performance by using smart factory technology. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes the research trend in the field of business administration for smart factory technology acceptance, which has not been attempted so far, and suggests future research directions.

지금까지 발표된 스마트팩토리 관련 국내 논문은 130편(2007년~2021년)이며 이 중 기술수용과 관련된 경 영학 분야 논문은 37편 정도로 적은 편이다. 경영전략 관점에서 매우 중요한 경쟁수단임에도 불구하고 경영 학 분야에서 관련 연구가 미흡한 측면이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내에서 발표된 스마트팩토리 기술수 용 관련 경영학 분야 논문 37편을 분석하고, 현재 연구 동향, 주제, 연구방법 및 한계점을 살펴보고 향후 연 구방향을 제시하였다. 분석 결과를 간단히 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체 분석대상 논문의 73%(27편)가 UTAUT, TAM 등 기술수용모델을 활용하여 개인차원에서 분석을 실시하였다. 둘째, 스마트팩토리라는 단일 개념으로 연구를 진행하여 요소기술별 기술수용 의도와 영향요인을 정확히 파악하지 못했다. 셋째, 스마트팩토리 기술을 도입 한 기업의 도입단계를 고려하지 않았다. 넷째, 스마트팩토리와 관련하여 경영전략, 생산전략, 정보화전략 차 원의 연구가 매우 적은 편이다. 향후 연구에서는 조직과 개인수준 분석의 구분과 이에 대한 비교가 필요하며 요소기술별, 적용단계별 도입 의도와 영향 요인에 대한 체계적인 분석이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 마지막으로 경영전략, 생산전략, 정보시스 템 활용전략 측면으로 연구를 확대해 앞으로 보다 많은 기업들이 스마트팩토리 기술을 활용해 성과 향상을 도모할 기회를 갖도록 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 지금까지 시도되지 않았던 스마트팩토리 기술수용에 대한 경영학 분야의 연구 동향을 분석하고 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
