Recently due to the development of Information and Communication Technology(ICT) and the emergence of a new paradigm called The 4th industrial revolution, Informatization’s types and targets are being expanded. Therefore, this paper attempted to analyze the characteristics of Korea’s Informatization research trends and implications using keyword frequency analysis and Network analysis focusing on author keywords in 487 papers including the keyword 'Informatization' in the Korea Citation Index(KCI) over the past 10 years. As a result of the analysis, Keywords related to each field appear in the order of the field of digital divide ('informatization education', 'information gap', etc), the field of intelligence information ('big data', 'cloud computing', etc), and the field of information policy ('local informationization', 'informatization village', etc). Next, the results of keyword network analysis, the centrality of the keywords was high in the order of 'big data' and 'information gap'. Through these research results, unlike active research on domestic information development that combines information and communication technology and social problems such as information gaps, research on changing information policy seems to be relatively low. In the future, research is needed to conceptualize and analyze informatization policies and problems accordingly in a rapidly changing information environment, and to suggest ways to apply new information and communication technologies to our society as a whole. This study is meaningful as basic data before conducting field of informatization research by examining informatization research trends in Korea over the past 10 years.

정보통신기술 발전과 함께 4차 산업혁명이라는 새로운 패러다임이 등장함에 따라 정보화 유형과 대상 범위는 꾸준히 확대되고 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 정보화 연구의 특성과 변화되는 양상을 살펴보고자 지 난 10년(2012년∼2021년)간 한국학술지인용색인(KCI)에 발표된 ‘정보화’ 키워드 포함 논문 487편을 대상으 로 키워드 빈도분석 및 네트워크 분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과 정보격차 분야(‘정보화교육’, ‘정보격차’ 등), 지능정보화 분야(‘빅데이터’, ‘클라우드컴퓨팅’ 등), 정보화 정책분야(‘지역정보화’, ‘정보화마을’ 등)순으로 관련 키워드의 출현 빈도가 높게 나타났다. 다음으로 키워드 간 네트워크를 분석한 결과 ‘빅데이터’, ‘정보 격차’ 순으로 중심성이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 볼 때 지금까지는 정보통신기술을 접목한 정보 화 발전, 정보격차 같은 사회적 문제를 중심으로 활발한 연구가 진행되었던 반면, 상대적으로 변화되는 정 보화 기술활용과 정책적 효과를 분석하는 연구는 부족한 것으로 보인다. 따라서 향후 빠르게 발전하는 정보화 환경을 고려한 정책변화, 발생 가능한 문제점의 최소화, 사회 전반에 새로운 정보통신기술을 적용 하는 방안 등에 대한 선제적 연구가 진행될 필요가 있겠다. 본 연구는 지금까지 국내 정보화 연구 동향을 살펴봄으로써 향후 발전 방향을 제안하는 기초자료로 의미를 가진다
