This study is to explore the effect of inclusive education on Gwangju education policy satisfaction and the moderating effect of innovation and educational cooperation in this relationship. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among the inclusive education policies, the Gwangju Hope Classroom policy in equity policy, student-centered curriculum in creativity policy, student-centered space policy, Gwangju Education Roundtable discussion in participation policy had a significant positive effect on educational policy satisfaction. Also, it was found that the moderating variable, innovation performance and educational cooperation, also had a positive(+) effect on educational policy satisfaction. Based on analysis result, policy directions are as follows: First, education to guarantee basic academic ability, realization of practical free education for elementary and middle schools, and school innovation for zero students who are marginalized for learning are necessary. Second, diversification of the school curriculum, cooperation with local communities, and customized policies in line with the 4th industrial revolution are necessary. Third, education autonomy based on the participation of stakeholders in education policy was suggested.

본 연구는 탐색적으로 포용교육이 광주교육정책만족도에 미치는 영향과 이러한 관계에서 혁신성과 교육협치의 조절효과를 분석하는 것이다. 분석결과, 포용교육 정책 중에서 형평성 요인의 광주희망교실 정책, 창의성 요인의 학생중심교육과정, 고교학점제, 학생중심공간 정 책, 참여 요인의 광주교육원탁토론회, 학교자치활성화지원단 정책이 광주교육정책만족도에 중요한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 조절변수인 혁신성과 교육협치도 교육정책만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 기반으로 정책방향으로는 첫째, 교육정책의 형평성을 위한 기초학력보장교육, 초중등 실질적 무상교육 실현, 학습소외 학생 제로를 위한 학교 혁신 등을, 둘째, 교육정책의 다양성을 위한 학교교육과정의 다양화, 지역사회와의 협력, 4차산업혁명에 부합하는 맞춤형 정책 등을, 셋째, 교육정책의 참여를 위 한 교육정책이해관계자들의 참여를 기반으로 한 교육자치 등을 제시하였다.
