The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze that career education programs operated by universities can affect protean career attitudes. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 423 students of W University in Jeonbuk region were investigated for the influence on variables after the four career education programs operated by the university, and whether there was any difference in the influence on the variables by program. And the effect of career exploration behavior and career maturity on protean career attitude was investigated, and the mediating effect of career maturity in the relationship between career search behavior and protean career attitude was investigated. For this purpose, ‘CDP-C’, ‘Writing a self-introduction letter’, ‘NCS competency based society’, ‘Career Information Four types of career education programs such as’ ‘Explore’ were divided into four participating groups, and each was implemented. The study results are as follows. First, it was found that all career education programs had a significant positive (+) effect on career exploration behavior, professional career attitude, and career maturity. Second, it was verified through experiments that career maturity plays a mediating role in the relationship between career exploration behavior and protean career attitude. Finally, the limitations of the study and discussion and implications for the suggestion of follow-up studies are presented.

이 연구의 목적은 대학에서 운영하고 있는 진로교육 프로그램이 프로티언 경력태도에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 실증적으로 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 전북지역 W대학교 재학생 423명 을 대상으로 대학에서 운영하는 4가지 진로교육 프로그램 이후 변인에 미치는 영향과 프로그램별 변인에 미치는 영향에 차이가 있는지 조사하였다. 그리고 진로탐색행동과 진로성숙도가 프로티언 경력태도에 미 치는 영향을 알아보고, 진로탐색행동과 프로티언 경력태도의 관계에서 진로성숙도의 매개효과를 조사하 였다. 이를 위해 ‘대학생 진로지도프로그램(CDP-C)’, ‘자기소개서 작성’, ‘NCS(국가직무능력표준) 직업 기초능력’, ‘진로정보탐색’ 등 4가지 진로교육 프로그램을 4개의 참여집단으로 나누어서 각각 실시하였 다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모든 진로교육 프로그램이 진로탐색행동, 프로티언 경력태도, 진로성 숙도에 유의미한 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 4가지 진로교육 프로그램이 진로탐색 행동, 프로티언 경력태도, 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향에 대한 차이는 유의미하지 않았다. 셋째, 진로성숙도 가 진로탐색행동과 프로티언 경력태도의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것을 실험을 통해 검증하였다. 마지 막으로 연구의 한계와 후속연구의 제언을 위한 논의 및 시사점을 제시하였다.
