The Companies are facing various security threats such as the 4th industrial revolution and the COVID-19 pandemic, and the outflow of national core technologies continues to increase. In such an environment, in order to protect national security and economically important industrial technology, it is necessary to break away from the past security activities and switch to security activities suitable for the new environment. To this end, an interview (FGI) was conducted with experts to analyze the status and problems of industrial security and to study improvement measures. As a result of the interview, not only the security level of companies was low, but also problems were derived from government policies. It was confirmed that measures such as security education, mandatory installation of security organizations, and enactment of the Industrial Security Basic law were necessary for improvement measures to solve the problem. This study is meaningful in that it comprehensively analyzed the status of industrial security in order to respond to the new security environment and came up with improvement plans. In the future, research to specify improvement measures is needed.

기업은 4차 산업혁명과 코로나19 팬데믹 등 다양한 보안 위협에 직면해 있으며, 국가핵심기술의 해외 유출도 계속 증가하고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 국가 안보 및 경제적으로 중요한 산업기술 보호를 위해서는 과거의 보안 활동에서 탈피하고 새로 운 환경에 부합한 보안 활동으로 전환이 필요하다. 이를 위해 전문가를 대상으로 인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하여 산업보안 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 개선 방안을 연구하였 다. 인터뷰 결과, 기업들의 보안 수준이 낮을 뿐만 아니라 정부 정책 등에서 문제점 이 도출되었다. 문제점 해결 위한 개선 방안으로는 보안교육과 보안조직 설치 의무 화, 산업보안기본법 제정 등의 방안이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 신 안보 환경에 대응하기 위해 산업보안 현황을 종합 분석하고 개선 방안을 도출한 것에 의 의가 있다. 향후에는 개선 방안을 구체화하는 연구가 필요하다.
