This study was conducted to examine the clinical factors that cause endometrial polyps in women and to understand the risk of factors affecting the occurrence. A total of 273 patients were included, 141 patients and 132 patients in the endometrial polyp group. As a result of chi-square test and logistic regression analysis, there were significant differences in body mass index, menarche age, parity, menopause, and bleeding. Compared with the non-pregnant case, the odds ratio decreased as the labor force increased, and it was found to be 0.26 times higher in the case of menopause and 0.55 thimes in the case of late menarche. Therefore, regardless of age, if there is irregular bleeding or is obese, close observation is required for the occurrence of endometrial polyps, and periodic check-ups are considered to be necessary. The purpose of this study was to examine the factors and influence of endometrial polyps in Korean women, and it is expected that various studies will be conducted in the future considering dietary habits and environment with this basic data.

본 연구는 여성의 자궁내막폴립을 유발하는 임상적 요인을 살펴보고 발생에 영향을 미치는 인자들의 위 험도를 파악하고자 진행되었으며, 2021년 12월부터 2022년 6월까지 I 병원을 검진 목적으로 방문한 정상대조군 141명, 자궁내막폴립군 132명 총 273명을 대상으로 하였다. 카이제곱검정 및 로지스틱회귀분석 결과 체질량지수, 초경나이, 분만력, 폐경유무, 출혈유무에서 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 위험비는 정상체중과 비교하여 비만군 5.09 배, 출혈이 있는 경우 3.39배 증가하였다. 미출산인 경우와 비교하여 분만력이 증가할수록 위험비는 감소하였으며, 폐경이 된 경우 0.26배, 초경나이가 늦은 경우 0.55배로 나타났다. 따라서 연령에 관계 없이 불규칙적인 출혈이 있 는 경우와 비만인 경우는 자궁내막폴립 발생에 면밀한 관찰이 요구되며 주기적인 검진이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구는 한국인 여성을 대상으로 자궁내막폴립 발생인자와 영향력을 살펴보고자 하였으며 이를 기초자료로 추 후 식습관과 환경을 고려한 다각적인 연구가 진행되길 기대한다.
