In the post-epidemic era, online and offline blended teaching should become a normalized teaching model for the International Chinese Language Education. Aiming at the common problems of overseas Chinese learners, this paper integrates flipped classroom and micro-video teaching method to build a new teaching mode. The construction of the micro-video teaching method based on the flipped classroom is elaborated from five aspects: theoretical basis, teaching objectives, operation procedures, realization conditions and evaluation. From the four aspects of resource integration, teacher training, etc, it proposes enlightenment and suggestions in order to reform and innovate the traditional teaching mode under the background of "Internet+" and provides reference for international Chinese language teachers.

포스트 코로나 시대에는 온라인과 오프라인의 혼합식 수업이 국제 중국어 교 육의 일반적 모델이 될 것이다. 이 글은 해외 중국어 학습자들의 보편적 문제에 초점을 맞춰 ‘역진행 수업 방식(플립러닝)’과 마이크로 동영상 교수법을 융합해 새로운 교수법 모델 구축을 목표로 하였다. 이론 기초, 교학목표, 운영절차, 실현 조건과 평가의 5개 방면에서 상세하게 플립러닝에 기초한 마이크로 비디오 교수 법 모델의 구축에 대하여 논하였다. 이를 토대로 자원통합, 교사양성 등 네 가지 방면에서 해외의 국제 중국어 교육에 대한 시사점을 도출하고, ‘인터넷+’의 배경에서 전통적인 국제 중국어 교수법 모델의 개혁을 통해 국제 중국어 교육 교사의 효율성 제고를 도모할 것이다.
