The use of the intellectual property(IP) is becoming an essential element of technological innovation strategy from a corporate point of view. Compared to detailed research on patents or technologies in specific industries such as bio-industry or innovative technology, there are few cases of comprehensively analyzing research trends related to intellectual property in various academic research results. This paper builds and analyzes a network based on academic research related to various IP search terms registered for SCOPUS, a representative international academic research bibliographic information database from 2017 to 2021. Based on author keywords, author information, and journal information, which are representative bibliographic information, the thesaurus is constructed and filtered, and relational data between important bibliographic information is analyzed using various social network analysis methods. A socio-centric approach that deals with the entire network are used to analyze the overall research trend of research keywords in the IP-related research field. The results presented in this paper are expected to establish intellectual property policies, suggest academic research directions, discover promising research topics, and promote joint research.

지식재산(IP) 활용은 기업관점에서 기술혁신 전략의 핵심 요소로 자리 잡아가고 있다. 바이오산업이나 스마트기술 등 특정 산업의 특허나 기술에 관한 세부적인 연구에 비해 상대적으로 다양한 학술연구 결과물에 대한 지식재산 관련 연구동향을 종합적으로 분석한 사례는 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문은 2017년부터 2021년까지 대표적인 국제학술연구 서지정보 데이터베이스인 SCOPUS를 대상으로 등재된 다양한 IP 검색어와 관련된 학술연구를 기반으로 구축된 네트워크를 구축하고 분석한다. 대표적인 서지정보인 저자키워드, 저자정보, 학술지정보를 기반으로 시소러스 구축 및 필터링을 진행하고 다양한 소셜 네트워크 분석 방법을 사용하여 주요 서지정보 간의 관계데이터를 분석한다. 전체 네트워크를 다루는 사회 중심적 접근 방식(Socio-centric approach)은 IP 관련 연구 분야에서 연구 키워드의 전반적인 연구 동향을 분석하는 데 활용된다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 결과는 지식재산 정책 수립, 학술연구 방향 제시, 유망 연구주제 발굴 및 공동 연구 추진에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
