This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Living Lab project, which creates values based on human-centeredness and spreads to local communities. The study examined the effects of the project after the program was conducted from July 5 to December 2, 2021, targeting multicultural/ non-multicultural students at school education sites and local children's centers. For this purpose, the study set up the steps of problem-finding (interview)-idea creation-prototype (diocese development)- test bed (field application)-sharing considering the situation of universities, schools, and local communities. After applying the Living Lab project for multicultural/non-multicultural students, in-depth interviews between school teachers and local children's center officials, final reports of participating college students, and pre-post-satisfaction surveys of multicultural/non-multicultural students showed that satisfaction with the Living Lab project was generally high, especially, it was found that multicultural acceptability, inclusion and multicultural awareness of multicultural/ non-multicultural students were positively affected. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it raises the completeness of prototype through the comprehensive consumer opinion reflection and improvement process on the convenience of multi-cultural/non-multicultural students, the local community-based field suitability, and the possibility of sustainable promotion, and provides useful information on future research along with the opportunity of cooperation system for spreading values between local and university through sharing common values.

본 연구는 인간 중심을 기반으로 가치를 만들고 지역사회에 확산하는 리빙랩 프로젝트의 효과를 알 아보기 위하여 수행되었으며, 학교 교육현장과 지역아동센터에서 다문화/비다문화 학생을 대상으로 리 빙랩 프로젝트를 통해 개발된 교육 프로그램을 2021년 7월 5일부터 12월 2일까지 진행 후 그 효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 대학 및 학교 현장, 지역사회의 상황을 고려하여 문제발굴(인터뷰)-아이디어생 성-프로토타입(교구개발)-테스트베드(현장적용)-공유하기의 단계를 설정하여 진행하였다. 리빙랩 프로 젝트를 통해 개발된 다문화/비다문화 학생을 위한 교육 프로그램 현장 적용 후 학교현장 교사와 지역 아동센터 관계자의 심층 면담, 참여 대학생의 최종 보고서, 다문화/비다문화 학생 대상의 사전·사후 만족도 조사 결과 프로그램에 대한 만족도는 전반적으로 높게 나타났으며 특히, 다문화/비다문화 학생 들의 다문화 수용성 및 포용성, 다문화인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 문제해결을 위한 구체적인 프로토타입에 대하여 사용자인 다문화/비다문화 학생의 편의성, 지역사회 기반 현장 적합성, 지속추진 가능성 등에 대한 종합적인 수요자 의견반영과 개선 과정을 통하여 프로 토타입의 완성도를 높이고, 공동의 가치공유를 통하여 지역-대학 간 가치 확산 협력 체계 기회 마련과 함께 후속연구에 대한 유용한 정보를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.
