Online events are becoming more and more popular thanks to their flexibility and convenience, especially in the Covid-19 pandemic. The process of organizing an online event is a high-volume, labor-intensive process. Therefore, this study focuses on applying robotic process automation (RPA) technology to automate a number of processes and improve the efficiency of the online event process. RPA is a form of business process automation technology created to mimic human actions and perform repetitive tasks to increase work efficiency based on metaphorical software robots or on artificial intelligence. Currently, RPA is being used in many different fields such as finance, banking, accounting, and many more areas. This study proposes an application model of RPA in email marketing automation, automatically collecting and replying to comments. On Facebook. Testing with 20 emails and 12 comments shows that the bots work stably and correctly. Future works include testing with various email delivery systems and testing with a larger number of emails and comments.
