Live commerce, a representative untact industry, is growing rapidly due to the global spread of Covid-19, and despite the need for academic and practical research, domestic live commerce-related research is insufficient. In this study, based on qualitative meta-analysis, we further analyzed domestic prior studies to define and classify the types of the domestic live commerce market, and classify factors affecting service use and consumer purchases accordingly. It is hoped that the results of this study will help establish the standards for domestic definition and classification and performance measurement of live commerce platforms and industries.
