The purpose of this study is to propose a method for developing an NSC-based learning module through literature research as a basic research for the development of an NCS-based learning module for nurturing special dance education experts. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that the training of specialists in special dance education was conducted in the form of training related to Korea Culture and Arts Education Service, education on arts and culture education instructor, education on the department of dance, and education on the graduate school of education. Second, through this, it can be confirmed that systematic education is necessary to diversify the types of dance education specialists and to nurture special dance education specialists. Third, the basic plan for the development of NCS-based learning module, and the basic plan of the learning module composed of competency unit elements, learning, and learning contents were presented. Based on the results of this study, we propose an empirical study that re-flects the voices of the field of special dance education, reform of the curriculum for nurturing specialists in special dance education, and provision of opportunities for job creation for specialists in special dance education.

본 연구는 특수무용교육 전문가 양성을 위한 NCS기반 학습모듈 개발 기초연구로 문헌연구를 통해 NCS기반 학 습모듈 개발을 위한 방안을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 특수무용교육 전문가 양성이 이루어지고 있는 대학과 기관의 교육과정을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하며, 나아가 NCS기반 학습모듈의 기본방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국문화예술교육진흥원 관련 연수, 문화예술교육사 교육, 무용학과 교 육, 교육대학원 교육의 형태로 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특수무용교육 전문가 양성과 관련한 시 사점으로 무용교육 전문인력 유형의 다양화, 특수무용교육 전문가 양성을 위한 체계적 교육이 필요함을 확인할 수 있다. 셋째, NCS기반 학습모듈 개발을 위한 기본방안과 능력단위요소, 학습, 학습내용으로 구성된 학습모듈 기초안을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로, 특수무용교육 현장의 목소리를 반영한 경험적 연구, 특수무용교육 전문인력 양성을 위한 교육과정의 개편, 특수무용교육 전문가를 위한 직업창출의 기회 마련을 제안한다.
