This study analyzes the production cases of dance curls by domestic private dance organizations to understand the current status of performance production and to secure self-sustainability and present an operating vision for dance curls production. As for the research method, an area analysis was conducted through expert discussion and in-depth review based on the dance curl production support of two pure private dance organizations and the content analysis of the work production process. As a result of the study, three types of prior tasks were presented for the revitalization of private dance organizations. First, expandability of genre repertoire through support from private dance organizations and improvement of production system. Second, the diversification of the dance curl production system and the professionalism and practical vision of choreography, directing, and step areas. Third, it is necessary to expand K-Dancecal for the production and distribution of Korean dance curls. Through the performance of these tasks, it is expected that the foundation for securing the system of experts for the settlement of K-Dancecal and securing originality and self-sustainability through the scalability of the public domain can be formed.

본 연구는 국내 민간무용단체의 댄스컬작품 제작사례를 분석하여 공연제작 현황을 파악하고 댄스컬 작품제작 을 위한 자생력 확보와 운영비전을 제시하는데 있다. 연구방법은 2개의 순수민간무용단체의 댄스컬 제작지원 과 작품제작 과정의 내용분석을 토대로 전문가 토론과 심층리뷰를 통한 영역분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 민간 무용단체의 활성화를 위한 선행과제로 세 가지 유형으로 제시되었다. 첫째, 민간무용단체의 지원과 제작시스템 개선을 통한 장르 레퍼토리 확장성. 둘째, 댄스컬 제작 시스템의 다변화와 안무와 연출 및 스텝 영역의 전문성 과 실천적인 비전. 셋째, 한국형 댄스컬 제작과 보급을 위한 K-Dancecal의 확장성이 필요하다. 이러한 과제 수 행을 통해 K-Dancecal 정착을 위한 전문가 영역의 시스템 확보와 대중적 영역의 확장성을 통한 독창성 및 자 생력 확보의 기반 형성을 이룰 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
