This article is to examine The Theory Of The Human Mind And The Moral Mind (人心道心論) in Han Wonjin(韓元震), especially focusing on the interpretation of Xingqi(形氣) in Preface to Commentary on the Doctrine of the Mean(中庸章句序). For this purpose, I arranged the writings of Han Wonjin on the The Human Mind And The Moral Mind in chronological order, divided into three groups according to the contents, and then reviewed for the first group. First, I reviewed Han Wonjin's Treatise on The Human Mind And The Moral Mind(人心道心說) and discussed that the most characteristic feature of his theory is the interpretation of Xingqi. Next, I revealed that his interpretation of Xingqi was the succession and development of the teachings of his teacher, Kwon Sangha(權尙夏). Finally, I looked at how Han WonJin criticized the theory of The Theory Of The Human Mind And The Moral Mind of the scholars of the past, based on his theory, especially the interpretation of Xingqi.

이 글에서는 ｢중용장구서(中庸章句序)｣의 ‘형기(形氣)’에 대한 해석에 초점을 맞추어 한원진(韓元震)의 인심도심론을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 한원진의 인심도심에 관한 저술을 시대순으로 정리하여 내용에 따라 세 개의 그룹으로 나누고 나서 첫 번째 그룹에 대해 검토하였다. 먼저 한원진의 ｢인심도심설(人心道心說)｣을 검토하여 그의 인심도심론에서 가장 특징적인 점이 형기에 대한 해석임을 논하였다. 다음으로 그의 형기에 대한 해석이 스승인 권상하의 가르침을 계승 발전시켰다는 점을 밝혔다. 마지막으로 한원진이 자신의 인심도심론, 특히 ‘형기’에 대한 해석을 중심으로 어떻게 역대의 주자학자들을 비판하고 있는지 살펴보았다.
