Over the past two years, the world has suffered a lot due to COVID-19. Nevertheless, various policies and studies are being conducted to overcome this situation. The health belief model (HBM) is a theory that has been actively used recently, and analysis through health belief model theory is being made in various fields. Therefore, this study attempted to compare and analyze domestic and international research trends using the health belief model, a research method that had not been conducted before. In order to achieve the research purpose, in this study, the thesis data using domestic and international health belief model theories from January 1, 2020 to October 31, 2021, during the COVID-19 period, were collected through KCI and SPRINGER, respectively. TF-IDF key word analysis was performed on the collected data through a refining process, and based on the results, it was used for word cloud visualization analysis. In addition, topic modeling and 2-mode network analysis were performed to extract and visualize the number of topics selected by the researcher from the entire thesis data. As a network analysis tool, NetMiner 4.4.3.e and Bilblio Data Collector, which is widely used in social network analysis, was used. The results of this study were able to comprehend and compare overall research topics at domestic and international using the health belief model theory.

지난 2년이 넘는 동안 전 세계는 코로나-19로 인해 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이 상황을 이겨내기 위해 다양한 정책과 연구가 이루어지고 있는데, 건강신념모델(HBM)은 최근 활발히 활용되고 있는 이론이며, 다양한 분야에서 건강신념모델 이론을 통해 분석을 진행하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이전에는 진행되지 않았던 연구방법인 건강신념 모델을 활용한 연구 동향을 살펴 국내와 국외를 비교분석 하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구에서는 코로나-19 기간인 2020년 1월 1일부터 2021년 10월 31일까지의 국내와 국외 건강신념모델 이론을 활용한 논문 데이터를 각각 KCI와 SPRINGER를 통해 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터에서 정제과정을 거쳐 핵심어(TF-IDF) 키워드 분석을 실시하였고, 결과를 바탕으로 워드 클라우드 시각화 분석에 활용하였다. 그리고 전체 논문 데이터에서 연구자가 선정한 토픽 수를 추출하고 시각화하기 위해 토픽 모델링 및 이원모드 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 도구로는 소셜 네트워크 분석도구로 널리 사용되는 NetMiner 4.4.3.e 및 Biblio Data Collector가 사용되었다. 이번 연구결과는 국내와 국외에서 건강신념모델 이론을 활용한 연구 주제들을 전반적으로 파악하여 비교할 수 있었으며, 활용되는 분야의 공통점과 차이점을 통해 향후 지속적인 연구를 위한 방향성을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
