Due to COVID-19, the non-face-to-face service industry has begun, and as new technologies such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence are fused and combined, a Big Blur phenomenon is also appearing in the physical security system. Based on literature research, this study examines the market status of physical security, technology leakage, terrorism, and crime status, and focuses on suggestions for establishing an integrated platform and fostering security personnel for the future direction of physical security. Since integrated control or intelligent physical security equipment is incompatible, it is necessary to develop element technologies that can be automatically linked by connecting sensors, intelligent image monitoring, image analysis solution system, and control system to the integrated platform. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an intelligent heterogeneous and multi-product linkage control system for a physical security platform. In order to revitalize the physical security ecosystem and create a safe security environment, it is essential to analyze the comprehensive concept and data of the 4th Industrial Revolution and foster data security personnel who have acquired in-depth utilization techniques. Therefore, in connection with public education, it is necessary to train basic human resources in the field of physical security and to train field-oriented practical personnel, and to create an adaptive human resource training ecosystem for physical security by expanding centers and training institutions. In addition, it is necessary to promote the training of convergence security consultants, who are experts who can solve the problems of convergence security and physical security and introduce and operate systems.

코로나19로 인하여 비대면 서비스 산업이 시작되었고 사물인터넷(IoT), 인공지능(AI)와 같은 신기술들이 융·복합되면서 물리보안시스템에도 빅블러(Big Blur) 현상이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 문헌연구를 바탕으로 물리보안의 시장현황과 기술유출, 테러, 범죄현황의 전망을 살펴보고 앞으로의 물리보안의 발전방향에 대하여 통합플랫폼 구축에 대한 제언과 보안인력양성에 관한 제언을 중점적으로 다뤄보고자 한다. 통합관제나 지능형 물리보안장비는 호환이 되지 않는 문제점이 있기에 센서와 지능형영상감시, 영상분석 솔루션 시스템, 관제시스템이 각각이 통합플랫폼에 연계됨으로써 자동으로 연계될 수 있는 요소 기술들을 개발하고 이것을 바탕으로 유관기관에 자동으로 송수신 되는 통합플랫폼의 개발이 필요하겠다. 그러므로 물리보안 플랫폼을 위하여 지능형 이기종, 다제품의 연계 관제 체계를 구축하는 것이 필요하다. 물리보안 생태계의 활성화와 안전한 보안환경 조성을 위해서는 4차 산업혁명의 포괄적 개념과 데이터를 분석, 심층적 활용기법을 습득한 데이터 보안인력의 양성이 필수적이다. 따라서, 공교육과 연계하여 물리보안 분야의 기초인력 양성 및 현장중심형 실무인력 양성 방안 필요하며 센터나 교육·실습기관을 증설하여 물리보안의 적응형 인력 양성 생태계를 조성하도록 해야 한다. 또한, 융합보안·물리보안의 문제를 해결하고 시스템을 도입·운영할 수 있는 전문가인 융합보안 컨설턴트의 양성도 추진해야할 것이다.
