Violent crimes by juveniles have been steadily increasing in recent years, which has become a social issue. In particular, the increase in incidental crimes among young people is a big social problem. In other words, there are many cases where a crime is committed immediately and accidentally by impulsivity without considering the consequences of the action. As such, impulsivity can be said to be one of the causes of juvenile delinquency and crime. Therefore, in this study, among various factors affecting impulsivity, community disorder, which can be said to be an environmental factor, and frustration and anger are experienced and accepted as social outcasts. tried to investigate the relevance of social stigma. In other words, the purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of social stigma in the effect of community disorder on impulsivity. As a result of the study, community disorder was found to affect social stigma, and social stigma was found to affect impulsivity. In addition, community disorder was found to have an effect on impulsivity, suggesting that social stigma had a mediating effect in the process of community disorder affecting impulsivity. As a result of bootstrapping for mediating effect verification, it was confirmed that social stigma had a mediating effect in the process of community disorder affecting impulsivity.

최근 촉법소년의 강력범죄가 꾸준히 증가하고 있어 사회적 이슈가 되고 있는 데, 특히 청소년들의 우발적인 범죄의 증가는 큰 사회문제이다. 즉 행위의 결과 는 고려하지 않고 신중한 생각없이 충동성에 의해서 즉각적, 우발적으로 범죄를 저지르는 경우가 많은 것이다. 이렇듯 충동성은 청소년 비행 및 범죄의 원인 중 하나라고 할 수 있는데, 이에 본 연구에서는 충동성에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요 인 중 환경적 요인이라 할 수 있는 지역사회 무질서 그리고 좌절감과 분노를 경 험하게 하고 사회적 낙오자로 받아들이는 사회적 낙인감과의 관련성을 알아보고 자 하였다. 즉 지역사회 무질서가 충동성에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 낙인감의 매 개효과를 검증해 보고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 지역사회 무질서는 사회적 낙인감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 으며 사회적 낙인감은 충동성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지역사회 무질서는 충동성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 지역사회 무질서가 충동성에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 사회적 낙인감이 매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 매개 효과 검증을 위한 붓스트래핑을 실시한 결과에서도 지역사회 무질서가 충동성에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 사회적 낙인감이 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다.
