This study attempted to empirically verify the influence relationship between adolescents' experience of sexual crime damage and human rights education experience. Sex crimes against children and adolescents continue to occur, and are a big problem in society. In addition to sexual violence crimes, a wide range of damages such as sexual harassment, sexual harassment, and rape that can be experienced both inside and outside the school should be considered. It is important to recognize and prevent changes and sexual damage to students through human rights education to improve human rights sensitivity, not simply conduct sex education to reduce sexual damage to teenagers. In particular, while empirical research on the effectiveness of youth human rights education has been conducted focusing on discrimination and perpetration experiences, little discussion has been conducted on the impact relationship between sexual violence and sex crimes. Human rights education experiences did not significantly affect elementary, middle, and high school students' experience of sexual crime damage on campus, but it was found that they had a significant effect on sexual crime damage on and off campus, including in the suburbs. In this regard, it can be seen that there is a high possibility that adolescents with experience in human rights education have become aware that their actions are damage to adult rights as a result of that education. In particular, when additional analysis was conducted on adolescents with experience in human rights education, the lower the level of satisfaction with human rights education, the more they experienced sexual crime damage, which showed the possibility of human rights education. In addition, the fact that adolescents who participated in human rights education in and out of school had experiences of sexual crimes than in school can be seen as a result of higher sensitivity to sexual crimes and human rights sensitivity. Through this, it was hoped that it could be used as basic data for the establishment of youth human rights education.

이 연구는 청소년의 성피해 경험 유무와 인권교육 경험 간의 영향관계를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 아동·청소년을 대상으로 한 성범죄는 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며, 사회의 큰 문제이다. 성 폭력 범죄뿐만 아니라 교내외에서 경험할 수 있는 성희롱, 성추행, 강간 등 넓은 범위의 피해를 고 려해 보아야 한다. 청소년들의 성적 피해를 줄이기 위해 단순히 성교육을 실시할 것이 아니라, 인권 감수성을 향상시키기 위한 인권교육을 통해 학생들의 변화와 성적 피해를 인지하고 예방할 수 있는 효과가 중요다. 특히, 청소년 인권교육 강화 이후 효과성에 대한 실증연구가 차별 피해, 가해 경험을 중심으로 이루어지고 있는데 반해 성폭력, 성피해와의 영향관계에 대한 논의는 거의 이루어지지 않 았다. 따라서 이 연구의 자료는 청소년정책연구원에서 ‘2019 아동·청소년 인권실태조사’ 결측값을 제 외한 총 9,191의 자료를 활용하여 데이터 분석을 하였다. 인권교육경험은 초·중·고등학생들의 교내에 서의 성피해 경험유무는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 교외를 포함한 교내외에서의 성피해 경 험유무는 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대해서는 인권교육 경험이 있는 청소년의 경우 그 교육의 결과로서 자신의 행위가 성인권의 피해임을 인식하게 되었을 가능성이 크다고 볼 수 있다. 특히, 인권교육 경험이 있는 청소년을 대상으로 추가 분석을 실시하였을 때, 인권교육에 대 한 만족도 수준이 낮을수록 성피해 경험을 한 것으로 보아 인권교육의 긍정적 영향의 가능성을 볼 수 있는 결과였다. 또한 교내보다 교내외 인권교육 참여 청소년의 성피해 경험이 있었던 것은 성피 해 경험에 대한 민감도, 인권민감수준이 더 높았기 때문의 결과로 볼 수 있다. 이를 통해 청소년 인 권교육의 정립을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있기를 기대해 보고자 하였다.
