This study explores how anti-racism Christian education can overcome racial discrimination toward children of multicultural families using the framework of Leonardo Boff’s social doctrine of the Trinity. Here “anti-racism Christian education” refers to a community-oriented mutual education in which children from multicultural families - who are relational, equal, and communal beings - conquer racial discrimination and which pursues “diversity-in-communion” together with indigenous children through the trinitarian faith. Currently, the Korean church lacks Christian education that promotes understanding of racial diversity and fosters mutual respect for other races, particularly multicultural and indigenous families. To determine this type of education, first, this study explains the necessity of research on anti-racism Christian education for children from multicultural families by exploring previous literature. Second, it investigates the understanding of racial discrimination in Korea society and the situation of racial discrimination toward children of multicultural families from a relational, equal, and communal perspective. Third, it seeks the theological norms based on the main characteristics of Boff’s social Trinity and its three attributes - relationship, equality, and communion - for overcoming racial discrimination. Fourth, based on the three attributes of the Trinity, it briefly presents the main concepts (definition, purpose, principle, content, and role of teacher) of the anti-racism Christian education model to overcome racial discrimination toward children of multicultural families. Finally, it suggests a future-oriented direction that the Korean church should pursue in order to conduct anti-racism Christian education.

본 연구의 목적은 레오나르도 보프의 사회적 삼위일체론을 기초로 다문화가정 아 동의 인종차별을 극복하기 위해 반인종차별성 기독교교육을 모색하는 것이다. 여기에 서 ‘반인종차별성 기독교교육’이란 삼위일체적 신앙을 통해 관계적, 평등적, 연합적 존 재인 다문화가정 아동이 차별을 극복하여 선주민가정 아동과 함께 ‘연합-안의-다양성’ 을 추구하는 공동체 지향적인 상호교육이다. 현재 한국교회는 다문화가정 아동과 선 주민가정 아동을 대상으로 인종적 다양성에 대한 이해증진과 타인종에 대한 상호 존 중 태도를 길러주는 반인종차별성 기독교교육이 부족한 현실이다. 이러한 교육을 모 색하기 위해, 먼저, 반인종차별성 교육과 관련된 국내 선행연구를 탐색하면서 다문화 가정 아동을 위한 반인종차별성 기독교교육 연구의 필요성을 설명한다. 둘째, 인종차 별에 대한 한국사회 내 이해와 다문화가정 아동의 인종차별에 대한 상황을 관계적, 평등적, 연합적 관점에서 분석한다. 셋째, 보프의 사회적 삼위일체론의 주요 특징과 인종차별 극복을 위한 삼위일체 속성(관계성, 평등성, 연합성)을 근거로 신학적 규범을 제안한다. 넷째, 삼위일체 세 가지 속성을 기초로, 다문화가정 아동의 인종차별을 극복하기 위해 반인종차별성 기독교교육 모형의 주요 개념(정의와 목적, 원리, 내용, 방법, 교수자 역할)들을 간략하게 살펴본다. 마지막으로, 앞으로 한국교회가 반인종차 별성 기독교교육을 수행하기 위해 추구해야 하는 미래지향적인 방향성을 제안한다.
