The purpose of this study is to study the use of military bands for the new generation of soldiers. To this end, the past and present missions of the Army's military music are summarized to summarize the process of change. In addition, for the study of the new program, a survey of a new generation of military personnel and a survey and an interview of a new generation of military and band soldiers who are currently serving as military band members were investigated. For the necessity of a military band for the new generation of soldiers and how to unite the rapidly changing generation as one through music, we will look at the differences between the old and new generations of servicemen, and look at performance activities from the past to the present, and learn more about performance programs, instrument organization, etc. The study was analyzed. Using the military band of the military headquarters, we developed programs such as acting and performing after an explanation by the host by combining real cases such as musicals and activating visiting concerts to familiarize ourselves with the new generation of soldiers and watch the military band video to recognize the problems between soldiers. It will be possible to solve the problem and approach the national security officer without difficulty.

본 연구는 신세대 장병들을 위한 군악대의 활용 방안 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 육군 군악의 과거와 현재의 임무를 정리하여 변화 과정을 정리하였다. 또한 새로운 프로그램 연 구를 위해 신세대 장병의 설문조사와 현 군악병으로 임무수행 중인 신세대 군악 병사의 설문조 사와 인터뷰를 조사하였다. 신세대 장병에게 군악대의 필요성과 크게 변화해가는 세대를 음악 으로서 하나로 만들어가는 방법을 위해 기성세대와 신세대 장병의 차이점을 볼 것이고 과거부 터 현재까지의 연주 활동을 보면서 연주 프로그램, 악기 편성 등 활용방안 등에 대한 연구 분석 하였다. 군 본부 군악대를 활용하여 뮤지컬, 찾아가는 연주회 활성화 등 실 사례를 접목시켜 연 기, 사회자 설명 후 연주 등 이와 프로그램을 개발하여 신세대 장병들에게 친숙하게 다가가 군 악대 영상을 봄으로써 장병들끼리의 문제점을 인지하여 해결하고 국가관 안보관을 어려움이 아 님 쉽게 다가갈 수 있을 것이다.
