The purpose of this study was to find out the difference in the response characteristics of Draw-A-Person-in-the Rain (DAPR) to psychological burnout according to marital status of childcare teachers. The subjects of this study were 185 childcare teachers working in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and DAPR test were used as assessment tools, and data were analyzed by performing frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and t-test using the SPSS 25.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was find that unmarried childcare teachers had higher psychological burnout than married childcare teachers. Second, there were significant differences in psychological burnout according to the marital status of childcare teachers and in the stress area and coping resources area of DAPR test. As a result of examining the difference in the response characteristics of the stress area of the DAPR, it was found that there were significant differences in ‘rain intensity’ and ‘rain shape’. On the other hand, there was no significant difference in the area of coping resources. As a result of examining the difference in response characteristics in the coping resource area of DAPR, it was found that there were significant differences in ‘appropriateness of indirect protections’ and ‘number of indirect protections’. On the other hand, there was no significant difference in stress area. Through this, the possibility of using it as a diagnostic measuring tool to measure the psychological burnout of childcare teachers was confirmed.

본 연구는 보육교사를 대상으로 결혼여부에 따른 심리적 소진과 빗속의 사람 그림검사 의 반응특성 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기도에 재직 중인 보육교사 185명을 대상으로 하였다. 측정 도구로는 심리적 소진(MBI) 질문지, DAPR 검사를 사용 하였으며, SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용해 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, t-test를 실시하여 자료 분석을 하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미혼 보육교사가 기혼 보육교사보다 심 리적 소진이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 결혼 여부에 따른 심리적 소진과 DAPR 검사의 스트레스 영역과 대처자원 영역에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 미혼 보육교 사의 DAPR 검사 스트레스 영역의 반응특성 차이를 살펴본 결과, ‘비의 세기’, ‘비의 모양’ 에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 반면, 대처자원 영역에서는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 기혼 보육교사의 DAPR 검사 대처자원 영역의 반응특성 차이를 살펴본 결과, ‘간접 보호물의 적절성’, ‘간접 보호물의 수’에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 반면, 스트레스 영역에서는 유 의미한 차이가 없었다. 이를 통해 보육교사의 심리적 소진을 측정할 수 있는 진단 도구로 써 활용 가능성을 확인하였다.
