It is necessary to investigate the training curriculum and analyze problems through importance-performance analysis to suggest ways to develop the system. The survey was conducted online 1:1 through in-house mail within the industrial complex, and the results were as follows. Basic subjects such as understanding biological resources, the terrain and geological environment, and protected areas were derived as ‘low priority’, so fundamental subjects need to be selected through online classes. In addition, there is a continuous demand for practical subjects such as interpreter techniques and demonstrations, role of interpreter, safety management and first aid, and in specialized courses, subjects such as ‘low priority’ program evaluation, sustainable development, and environmental education program certification can be modified according to trend. In other words, it is necessary to list various curriculum and introduce a method to select subject according to individual's tendency and major field, and it is better to conduct offline classes focusing on online and offline subjects.

본 연구는 중요도-성취도 분석(Importance-Performance Analysis)을 통해 자연환경해설사 양성교육 커리큘럼을 진단, 문제점을 조사 및 분석하여 제도 발전방안을 제시하는데 있다. 분석 결과, 기본과정의 경우 생물자원의 이해, 지형 및 지질 환경의 이해, 보호지역의 이해 등 해설의 기본이 되는 과목이 ‘저순위’로 도출된 것으로 볼 때 기본수업은 온라인 수업 등의 방법을 통해 선택과 집중이 필요하겠다. 또한 간이 과정의 경우 해설기법과 시연, 자연환경해설사의 역할, 안전관리 및 응급처치 과목 등의 실무적인 과목의 지속적인 수요가 있으며, 전문과정의 경우 ‘저순위’ 영역의 과목들인 해설프로그램 평가, 지속가능한발전, 환경교육프로그램 인증 실습 등의 과목은 시대적 흐름에 따른 과목으로써 트랜드에 맞춰 수정될 수 있다. 즉, 다양한 교육과정을 나열하여 공통과목과 선택과목으로 분리하여 개인의 성향, 전공분야에 따라 취사선택할 수 있는 방법을 도입할 필요가 있으며 온라인 과목과 오프라인 과목의 분리, 실무적인 과목을 위주로 오프라인 수업을 진행하는 것을 제안한다.
