The purpose of this study is to examine the growth process of the gender equality consciousness of Donghak, and to understand the mobility of space change called Jeong Eum Jeong Yang through the process of Ilbu’s ‘Right Change’ and yin and yang change. Therefore, I would like to examine the social situation that comes from the late Joseon Dynasty to the modern era and find out how Donghak influenced in this process. In particular, I would like to examine the changes in appearance and each claim as the founder of Donghak, Suwoon Choi Je-woo, and Haewol Choi Si-hyung, the second-generation teacher, to Uiam Son Byung-hee, the third-generation teacher. In addition, through Ilbu’s “Right Change”, we will also examine how changes in preposteriority according to the cyclical principles of nature affect the Earth and humans. The contents of this study are as follows. First, I would like to discuss the changes in politics and society in the late Joseon Dynasty and the process of growing a sense of gender equality in this process. Second, let’s find out what Donghak’s sense of equality between men and women emphasized. I would like to examine each characteristic through the process of change between Donghak and Cheondogyo as to what ideology and values they were asserted in. Third, Donghak’s aims not only for human equality but also for gender equality during the transition to an ideal world. Therefore, it should be understood that the relationship between humans and the Earth is importantly connected by understanding the operating laws of the universe and the reason for the land.

이 연구의 목적은 동학의 남녀평등의식의 성장과정을 살펴보고, 이 과정에서 일부 정역과 음양의 변화과정을 통해 정음정양이라는 우주변화의 운동성을 이해하는 것이다. 따라서 남녀평등의식의 성장과정을 조선후기에서 근대로 이어지는 사회상황을 살펴보고 이 과정에서 동학은 어떠한 영향을 미치게 되었는지 알아보고자 한다. 특히 동학의 창시자인 수운 최제우와 2대 교조 해월 최시형에서 3대 교조인 의암 손병희로 이어지면서 변화된 모습과 각각의 주장은 무엇인지를 함께 살펴보고자 한다. 그리고 일부 정역을 통해 자연의 순환이치에 따른 선후천의 변화는 지구와 인간에게 어떠한 영향을 미치게 되는지도 함께 검토하고자 한다. 이 연구의 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조선후기의 정치·사회의 변화모습과 이 과정에서 남녀평등의식이 성장하게 된 과정을 논의해 보고자 한다. 둘째, 동학의 남녀동권의식이 강조한 내용은 무엇이며, 어떠한 이념과 가치 속에서 주장하게 된 것인지 동학과 천도교의 변화과정을 통해 각각의 특징을 살펴보고자 한다. 셋째, 동학이 제시하는 이상세계로의 전환인 후천개벽의 시천주적 삶은 인간평등은 물론 남녀평등을 지향하고 있다. 따라서 천도를 통한 우주의 운행법칙과 지리를 통한 지구의 변화모습이 어떻게 정음정양으로 이어지게 되는지 일부 정역과 음양의 운동성(변화과정)을 통해 선천의 억음존양이 발생하게 된 원인을 고찰해보고자 한다.
