The social welfare ideological basis of the Family Federation is interdependence, Mutual prosperity, Universal shared values. A society based on interdependence, Mutual prosperity, and justice is a society in which all members of society live together, prosper together, and lead an ethical life centered on God. This is a welfare society as a society that has fulfilled God's purpose of creation. Based on the research results, we propose the welfare policy plan of the Family Federation as follows. First, a welfare infrastructure should be established to solve the poverty problem of family union members. Second, a specific roadmap is needed, such as work that links job creation and welfare. Third, it is necessary to establish a welfare agenda within the family union and to devise a step-by-step plan in the short-term, medium-term, and long-term. Fourth, it is necessary to activate economic support, counseling, and community networks to support the medical problems of poverty and lack of education in multicultural families. Finally, spiritual services to improve the quality of spiritual life must be provided. Religion's spiritual approach to social welfare practice can provide more integrated and efficient services to welfare consumers.

가정연합의 사회복지 이념적 근거는 공생·공영·공의주의 이다. 공생·공영·공의 주 의 사회란 하나님을 중심으로 사회의 모든 구성원들이 함께 살고, 함께 번영하며, 함께 윤리적인 생활을 하는 사회이다. 이는 하나님의 창조목적을 완성한 사회로서 복지사회이다. 연구결과를 토대로 가정연합의 복지정책방안을 제안하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가 정연합 신도들의 빈곤문제 해결을 위해 복지 인프라를 구축해야 한다. 둘째, 일자리 창출과 복지를 연계한 근로 등 구체적 로드맵이 필요하다. 셋째, 가정연합내에 복지 아젠다를 설정하고 단기, 중기, 장기적으로 단계적 계획을 구상해야한다. 넷째, 다문 화가정의 빈곤과 교육부재 의료문제지원을 위한 경제적 지원과 상담 및 지역사회네 트워크를 활성화할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 영적 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 영적 서비스가 함께 제공되어야 한다. 사회복지실천에 대한 종교의 영성적 접근은 보다 통합적이고 효율적인 서비스를 복지수요자들에게 제공할 수 있다.
