In this study, it was empirically verified whether excellent vocational training teachers and instructors have a positive effect of increasing the employment potential of trainees who completed the training course by providing quality training. To this end, a regression analysis was performed on the employment rate of trainees who completed the training course on the personal attributes of vocational training teachers and instructors who were put into the training course. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the characteristics of excellent training teachers and instructors, such as education and field experience, and vocational training teacher qualifications, have a positive effect on increasing the employment rate. On the other hand, the introduction of the human factor as a certification evaluation factor for training institutions to improve the treatment of vocational training schools and instructors was found to enhance vocational training performance by reinforcing incentives to attract excellent teachers and instructors and provide excellent training.

본 연구에서는 우수한 직업훈련 교ㆍ강사가 양질의 훈련을 제공하여 해당 훈련과정을 이수한 훈련생 의 취업가능성을 높이는 긍정적인 효과를 가지는 지의 여부를 실증적으로 검증해 보았다. 이를 위해 훈련과정을 수료한 훈련생의 취업률을 훈련과정에 투입된 직업훈련 교ㆍ강사의 인적속성에 대하여 회귀분 석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 교육경력과 현장경력, 직업훈련교사 자격 보유 등의 우수한 훈련 교ㆍ강사 특 성은 취업률을 높이는 긍정적인 효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 직업훈련교․강사 처우 개선을 위하 여 훈련기관 인증평가요소로서 인적요소를 도입한 것은 우수한 교․강사의 유치 및 우수한 훈련제공에 대한 유인을 강화하여 직업훈련성과를 높일 가능성이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
