Digital forensics has become an indispensable element in police investigations in the 21st century. Therefore, even general field police officers unfamiliar with digital forensics, not cyber investigators, should understand and know deeply about digital forensics and digital evidence seizure and search. Therefore, in this study, to strengthen the digital forensics competency of field police officers, we organized online and offline digital forensics curricula in various educational materials and forms such as face-to-face education, card news, and video. Two hundred field police officers took the developed curriculum, and we analyzed the effectiveness of education by conducting a satisfaction survey to demonstrate the curriculum. In addition, many opinions that education, including practice, is necessary for the future, and research on developing a curriculum that complements the degree of completion by increasing the proportion of practice is necessary in future studies.

21세기 경찰수사에 있어서 디지털포렌식은 필수 불가결한 요소로 자리잡았다. 따라서, 사이버 수사관이 아닌 디지털포렌식 분야에 생소한 일반 현장경찰관에게도 디지털포렌식과 디지털증거 압수수색에 대한 깊이 있는 이해와 지식이 필수적으로 요구된다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 현장경찰관의 디지털포렌식 역량강화를 위해 대면교육, 카드뉴스, 동영상 등의 다양한 교육자료와 형식으로 디지털포렌식 관련 온오프라인 교육과정을 구성했다. 개발된 교육과정은 현장경찰관 200명이 수강하였으며, 교육과정에 대한 실증을 위해 만족도조사를 실시하여 교육에 대한 효과를 분석했다. 본 연구에서는 개발된 교육과정에 대해 결과적으로 높은 만족도가 나타났다. 또한, 향후 실습을 포함한 교육이 필요하다는 의견이 다수 집계되어 향후 연구에서는 실습의 비중을 높여 완성도를 보완한 교육과정 개발에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
