This study aimed to explore effects of microlearning on nursing students’ study crafting, congruence of learning outcomes, and learning experience in consideration of students. The participants were 55 college students, majoring in nursing, who took women's health courses. The participants who were ‘strongly satisfied’ or ‘satisfied’ with the major showed higher scores in study crafting than those who were neutral. The younger participants presented higher congruence scores of learning outcomes. There were statistically significant differences in the study crafting and learning experience after application of the microlearning method. The finding of the present study demonstrated that microlearning can be an effective learner-centred teaching strategy to nursing students so as to improve their problem-solving ability, critical thinking ability, and self-directed learning ability.

본 연구에서는 여성건강간호학 수업 중 마이크로러닝 교수법을 적용하여 간호대학생의 학업크래프팅, 학 습성과 부합성 및 수업경험에 대한 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 간호학과에 재학 중이며 여성건강간호학 교과목 수업을 이수하는 대학생들 총 55명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구대상자의 마이크로러닝 교수법 적용 전과 후 학업크래프팅과 수업경험은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 그러나 학습성과 부합성은 마이크로러닝 적용 전후 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 마이크로러닝은 향후 임상 상황에서 문제를 빠르게 판단하고 해결할 수 있는 비판적 사고 능력과 문제해결 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 학습법으로 기대된다. 임상실습을 병행하는 전공과목 에서 간호대학생이 자기주도적으로 학습시간과 학습장소 등을 정하고 교육을 반복하여 의미를 부여하는 능동적인 학습으로 마이크로러닝을 적용한 추후 연구를 제언한다.
