The purpose of this study was to present a cooperative model and cooperation plan with psychological counseling centers and organizations in the community, focusing on the counseling and cooperative operation status of psychological counseling centers currently operated in cooperation with local governments. The research method primarily analyzed the current status and performance of the Eoullim Counseling Coaching Center, and reviewed the literature on the psychological counseling center and related experts. Through this, this study tried to derive measures and implications that can be used in clinical practice for mental health promotion in cooperation with psychological counseling centers and various institutions in the community. The conclusion of the study suggested that the center should be based on openness and aggressiveness in the community, and that the center should be able to operate efficiently while providing comprehensive counseling services to clients with mental health needs through connection and cooperation with various mental health-related institutions and organizations in the community. Based on these research conclusions, psychological counseling centers in the community made several suggestions to cooperate with various institutions.

본 연구는 현재 지방자치단체와 협력적으로 운영되고 있는 심리상담센터의 상담과 협력 운영 상황을 중심으로 심리상담센터와 지역사회 내 기관들과의 협력 모델과 협력 방안을 제시하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 연구방법은 일차적으로 어울림상담코칭센터의 현황 및 수행실적을 분석하고, 심리상담센터 및 관련 전문가에 관한 문헌을 고찰하였 다. 이를 통해 심리상담센터와 지역사회 내 다양한 기관과 협력하여 정신건강증진을 위한 임상실천에 활용할 수 있는 방안과 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이에 따른 연구 의 결론으로는 심리상담센터의 지역사회 협력 운영방안으로서 센터는 개방성과 적극 성을 기본으로 지역사회에 기초해야 하며, 센터는 지역사회 내 다양한 정신건강 관련 기관과 단체와의 연계·협력을 통해 정신건강 욕구가 있는 내담자들에게 종합적인 상담 서비스를 제공함과 함께 센터를 효율적으로 운영될 수 있어야 함을 제시하였다. 이와 같은 연구결론을 토대로, 지역사회 내 심리상담센터가 다양한 기관들과 협력하기 위한 몇 가지 제언을 하였다.
