This paper discusses issues to be considered when researching and developing the Moral Education curriculum to be announced in 2022, and suggests matters to be reflected in the design of the revised Curriculum. In terms of moral pedagogy, firstly, ethical competencies will have to be set based on the characteristics of the subject, according to the structure of morality and knowledge, namely centered on the four components of morality. Secondly, content elements will have to be constructed considering the background, intention and goal of setting the domain of the Moral Education Curriculum. Thirdly, curriculum developers need to think about ways to renew and extend core values, especially the value of responsibility to improve students' moral knowledge and strengthen their moral identity. As a policy related to Moral Education curriculum policy, it is suggested that the 2022 Moral Education Curriculum Guide should be published.

본 논문은 2022년에 고시될 도덕과 교육과정을 연구․개발 시 고려 사항을 쟁점 중심으로 논의하고 개정 교육과정 설계에 반영할 사항을 제안한다. 도덕과 교육학 차원에서는 교과의 성격을 근거로 도덕과 지 식의 구조에 따른 윤리적 역량을 도덕성의 4요소를 중심으로 설정하는 방안, 도덕과 교육과정 내용 체계의 영역 설정 배경과 의도, 목표를 고 려한 내용 요소 조정 방안, 학생들의 도덕적 지식 향상 및 도덕적 정 체성 강화를 위한 핵심 가치, 특히 책임의 가치를 갱신 및 확장하는 방안을 논의한다. 도덕과 교육과정 정책과 관련한 정책으로 2022 도덕 과 교육과정 해설서 발간을 제언한다.
