The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents reflected in the 4th grade curriculum of elementary school based on personal psychology theory to develop a sense of community. To this end, first, he components of ‘self-acceptance’, ‘trust others’, and ‘contribution’ were extracted from to improve the sense of community among personal psychology programs. Second, the contents of personal psychology reflected in the 4th grade curriculum of elementary school were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, in order to improve students' sense of community, the sub-elements of self-acceptance, trust others, and contribution and the 4th grade Korean, social, scientific, and moral subjects of elementary school could be constructed. This study is meaningful in that practical learning about improving community sense takes place in the classroom class area that is not far from students' lives, and it is a class where they can enjoy happiness when living in society. Individual happiness is the happiness of society. I think this study to improve the sense of community that can make both individuals and communities happy will serve as an important basis for teaching and life guidance for elementary school students.

이 연구의 목적은 공동체 감각을 기르기 위해 초등학교 4학년 교육과정에 반영된 내용을 아 들러 개인심리학 이론에 기반해서 분석하는 것이다. 첫째, 아들러 개인심리학 프로그램 중 공동체감각 향상을 위한 ‘자기수용’, ‘타자신뢰’, ‘공헌’의 구성요소를 추출하였다. 둘째, 초등 학교 4학년 교육과정에 반영된 개인심리학 내용을 분석하였다. 분석한 결과로 학생들의 공동 체감각 향상을 위해 자기수용, 타자신뢰, 공헌의 하위요소들과 초등학교 4학년 국어, 사회, 과학, 도덕 교과를 관련지어 교과통합 수업을 구성할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구는 학생들의 삶과 동떨어지지 않은 교실 속 수업 영역에서 공동체감각 향상에 관한 실제적인 배움이 일 어나고, 사회에 나가 배운 대로 살아갔을 때 행복감을 누릴 수 있는 수업으로 교과와 통합시 키기 위한 구체적인 시도를 했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 개인의 행복은 사회의 행복이다. 개 인과 공동체 모두를 행복하게 할 수 있는 공동체감각 향상을 위한 본 연구가 초등학교 학생 들의 수업과 생활지도에 중요한 기반이 되리라 생각한다.
