The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of inter variable differences and socio-cultural adaptation factors on the social and cultural adaptation, child rearing attitude and parenting efficacy of married immigrant women. The research results are as follows. First, the sense of parenting efficacy was higher than that of married immigrant women and child rearing attitude. And the socio-cultural adaptation factors and parenting efficacy factors of marriage immigrant women showed differences according to their level of Korean language and length of stay in Korea. Second, the explanatory power of the regression model was 46.1%, which was significant at the p<.001 level. The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, support was needed so that marriage immigrant women could improve their Korean level and adapt to society and culture. Second, for the education of children of multicultural families, the mother's socio-cultural interest should be prioritized. Third, although multicultural education is conducted in various ways, various support for the education of children of marriage immigrant women is necessary.

이 연구는 결혼이주여성의 사회문화적응, 자녀양육태도와 양육효능감에 대한 변인간 차이와 사회문화적응 요인 이 자녀양육태도와 양육효능감에 미치는 영향을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 전북지역 결혼이주여성 261명이다. 본 연구의 측정도구는 Likert 5점 척도를 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 25.0프로그램을 사용하 여, 요인간의 차이 분석, 상관관계, 그리고 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 결혼이주여성의 사회문화 적응(M=3.02)과 자녀양육태도(M=3.17)에 비해 양육효능감(M=3.64)이 높았다. 그리고 결혼이주여성의 사회 문화적응요인과 양육효능감요인은 한국어수준과 한국거주기간에 따라서 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성의 사회문화적응이 자녀양육태도와 양육효능감에 미치는 영향으로 회귀모형의 설명력은 46.1%며, p<.001 수준 에서 유의하였다. 본 연구에 대한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 결혼이주여성의 사회문화적응에 있어서 한국어수 준과 한국거주기간은 높은 상관을 가지고 있다. 따라서 결혼이주여성의 한국어 수준 향상과 사회문화적응을 위 한 지원이 필요하였다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성의 사회문화적응에 따른 자녀양육태도와 양육효능감요인은 정(+)적 인 상관을 보였다. 다문화가정 자녀교육을 위해서는 어머니의 사회문화적이 우선적으로 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 다문화교육은 다양하게 이루어지고 있으나 결혼이주여성에 대한 자녀교육에 대한 다양한 지원이 필요하다.
