The purpose of this study is to confirm the changes in the security threats and terrorism patterns for national important facilities through media report analysis, and to suggest a research direction for deriving drone utilization plans according to counter-terrorism policies and security operations. As a result of the study, among the keywords of media articles related to national important facilities, the police station, the National Police Agency, counter-terrorism, related organizations, and drones were visualized to occupy a large proportion. From this point of view, it seems that the role of national institutions in the safety of national important facilities is large, and it can be seen that the main issue is terrorism. In the past year, the most visualized keywords in media reports related to national important facilities are drones, and anti-drones and drone attacks are becoming important issues as related keywords. Along with this, anti-drone technology development and security application technology trends, drone-based terrorism and crisis prevention and response systems, and realistic but effective anti-drone plans and operational plans for facilities and core industrial facilities must be in place based on the physical security evaluation of important core facilities such as national institutions,.

본 연구는 국가중요시설에 대한 보안위협 및 테러 양상의 변화를 언론보도 내용분 석을 통해 확인하고, 대테러 정책 및 보안운영에 따른 드론 활용 방안을 도출하기 위한 연구방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 국가중요시설 관련 언론기사 키워드들 중 경찰서, 경찰청, 대테러, 유관기관, 드론 등이 크게 시각화 되어 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 이를 볼 때 국가중요시설의 안전에 대한 국가기관의 역할이 큰 것으로 보이며, 그 주요 이슈는 테러임을 알 수 있다. 또한 최근 1년간 국가중요시설 관련 언론보도 키워 드들 중 가장 크게 시각화된 것은 바로 드론이며, 안티 드론과 드론공격이 관련 키워드 로서 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 국가기관 등 중요핵심시설에 대한 물리적 보안평가를 기반으로 안티 드론 기술 개발 및 보안 적용 기술 동향과 드론에 의한 테러 리즘 및 위해기도 예방과 대응시스템, 그리고 현실적이면서 실효적인 국가중요시설 및 핵심 산업시설을 대상으로 한 안티 드론 계획 및 운용방안이 마련되어야 한다.
