This study was conducted to explore experiences of workers in welfare facilities for the disabled who participated in learning organizations supporting internalization and application of ‘Person-Centered’ paradigm. To find an answer to the research question, 'What is the experience of participating in learning organizations for person-centered practices by workers in welfare facilities for the disabled?', data were collected through 'Participant-Observation', ‘Direct Observations’, 'FGI (Focus Group Interview)', and 'in-depth interview' and then analyzed in this case study research. As a result, it was possible to identify the significance of learning organizations for person-centered practices and characteristics expressed during the participation of members, including the following: the purpose of building learning organizations for person-centered practices, necessary conditions for the operation of learning organizations for person-centered practices, activity contents of learning organizations for person-centered practices, the effect of learning organizations for people-centered practices, and the convergence of members in learning organizations for person-centered practices. Based on results of this analysis, a theoretical framework for building learning organizations for person-centered practices was prepared and practical implications were drawn for workers in welfare facilities for the disabled to use it in the field.

본 연구는‘사람중심(Person-Centered)’패러다임 내재화 및 실천에의 적용을 지원하는 학습조직에 참여한 장 애인복지시설 종사자의 경험을 탐구하고자 수행되었다. 연구문제인 ‘장애인복지시설 종사자의 사람중심실천 학 습조직 참여 경험은 어떠한가?’에 대한 답을 구하기 위해, 본 연구자는 사례연구를 실시하고 참여관찰, 직접관 찰, FGI(Focus Group Interview), 심층면담에서 수집된 자료들을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 사람중심실천 학습조직 이 갖는 의의와 구성원들의 참여 속에서 나타난 특성을 다음과 같이 파악할 수 있었다. 첫째, 사람중심실천 학 습조직을 구축하는 목적. 둘째, 사람중심실천 학습조직 운영에 필요한 조건. 셋째, 사람중심실천 학습조직의 활 동 내용. 넷째, 사람중심실천 학습조직의 효과. 다섯째, 사람중심실천 학습조직 구성원들의 융합. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 사람중심실천 학습조직 구축의 이론적 기틀을 마련하고 장애인복지시설 종사자들이 현장에서 이를 활용하기 위한 실천적 함의를 이끌어냈다.
