The Fourth Industrial Revolution calls for new creative and sensible talent that will lead the future. Among students with a potential talent to lead the future, 6 primary school students who are creative and talented in art but have difficulty adapting to school due to interpersonal issues were selected and counseled. The picture characteristics and psychological disposition of students were analyzed and the students were instructed so the potential talent can communicate with the outside world. The research results are as follows. In regards to the picture characteristics and psychological disposition of students, first, they had excellent ideas and sensitivity. Second, their ability to reconstruct the theme of the picture was excellent. Third, they had excellent imaginations to predict the future. Fourth, the content and story of their picture were convergent. Fifth, their ability to reconstruct a new story through imitation was excellent. Sixth, the story in their picture had continuity. Upon analyzing the picture characteristics and psychological disposition of students, the following implications are proposed. First, we need to develop sensible talent who can design the virtual metaverse. Second, they should be able to design the fourth industry with artistic sensibilities. Third, talent related to characters, emoticons, and webtoons should be discovered and developed from early childhood and the lower grade of elementary school. Fourth, they should be provided with an environment where they can create stories through art. Fifth, an environment should be created where individuals can continuously express topics they like. Sixth, teachers should minimize knowledge transfer and allow students to display their experiences and imagination. It is hoped that the findings of this research will be used by educational institutions so that students who are creative and talented in art but have difficulty adapting to school can be selected and developed as future leaders.

4차 산업혁명은 미래를 선도할 새로운 창의적이고 감각적인 인재상을 요구하고 있다. 미래를 선도할 잠재적 재능이 있는 학생 중에는 창의적이고 그림에 재능이 있지만, 대인관계 문제로 학교 적응에 어 려움을 겪고 있는 초등학생 6명을 선별하여 심리를 상담하였다. 학생의 그림 특징과 심리적 성향을 분 석하여 잠재적 재능이 외부와 소통할 수 있도록 지도하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 학생 그림 특징과 심리성향은 첫째, 발상력과 감수성이 뛰어났다. 둘째, 그림 주제를 재구성하는 능력 이 뛰어났다. 셋째, 미래를 예견하는 상상력이 뛰어났다. 넷째, 그림 내용이 융합적이었다. 다섯째, 모 방을 통해 새로운 스토리를 재구성하는 능력이 우수했다. 여섯째, 그림 속 스토리가 연속성이 있었다. 학생 그림과 심리 성향을 분석하여 시사점을 제시하면 첫째, 메타버스 가상세계를 설계하고 디자인 할 수 있는 감각적 인재로 육성해야 한다. 둘째, 미술적 감성으로 4차 산업을 디자인할 수 있어야 한 다. 셋째, 유·초등학교 저학년 시기부터 캐릭터나 이모티콘, 웹툰과 관련된 인재를 발굴하고 육성해야 한다. 넷째, 미술을 통해 스토리를 만들 수 있는 환경을 제공해야 한다. 다섯째, 개인이 선호하는 주제 를 지속적으로 표현할 수 있는 환경을 조성해 주어야 한다. 여섯째, 교사는 지식 전달을 최소화하고, 학생 개인의 경험과 상상력을 발휘하도록 해야 한다. 이와 같이 학교적응에 어려움을 겪고 있는 학생들 중에 창의적이고 미술적 재능이 있는 학생을 선 별하여 미래를 선도할 인재로 육성할 수 있도록 교육기관에서 연구내용이 활용되기를 기대한다.
