The purpose of this study is to explore the efficient operation plan of internal evaluation of korea apprenticeship using the Delphi technique. To this end, first, problems were derived through analysis of korea apprenticeship and written expert surveys, and the final internal evaluation problems were selected through expert meetings. in order to prepare improvement measures for a total of 7 selected problems, a Delphi survey was conducted on 30 experts in korea apprenticeship, and based on the results of the Delphi survey, an efficient operation plan for internal evaluation was explored. The main results are as follows. First, it is necessary to set the purpose of internal evaluation of korea apprenticeship and future direction. Second, it is necessary to expand the training time related to internal evaluation in the training of in-company teachers. Third, training for in-company teachers needs to be operated in consideration of the field. Fourth, the government needs to provide differential support by classifying grades suitable for the situation of learning companies. Fifth, it is necessary to prepare a plan to motivate in-company teachers. Sixth, the internal evaluation method requires restructuring because evaluation tools and evaluation methods are mixed. Seventh, monitoring related to internal evaluation needs to be performed as a consulting function. Eighth, it is necessary to establish an internal evaluation problem bank.

이 연구의 목적은 델파이 기법을 활용하여 일학습병행 내부평가의 효율적 운영 방안을 탐색하는 것이 다. 이를 위하여 우선, 일학습병행 현황 분석, 전문가 서면조사를 통하여 문제점을 도출하고 전문가 협의 회를 거쳐 최종 내부평가 문제점을 선정하였다. 선정된 총 7개의 문제점에 대한 개선 방안을 마련하기 위하여 일학습병행 전문가 30명을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하였으며, 델파이 조사 결과를 바탕으로 내부평가 효율적 운영 방안을 탐색하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일학습병행 내부평가의 목적 과 향후 방향성 설정이 필요하다. 둘째, 기업현장교사 양성교육에서 내부평가 관련 교육시간의 확대가 필 요하며, 내부평가 문항 개발 실습, 내부평가 실시 실습 등의 평가 관련 교육내용이 추가되어야 할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 기업현장교사 양성교육은 분야(직종)를 고려해서 운영할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 정부에서는 학습 기업에 내부평가를 지원해야 할 필요가 있으며, 학습기업의 상황에 맞는 등급을 구분하여 차등적으로 지 원하는 것이 필요하다. 다섯째, 기업현장교사 동기부여 방안 마련이 필요하다. 여섯째, 내부평가 방법은 평가 도구와 평가 방법이 혼재되어 있어 재구조화가 필요하다. 일곱째, 내부평가 관련 모니터링은 추후 지도 및 점검 기능보다는 컨설팅 기능으로 수행해야 할 필요가 있다. 여덟째, 기업현장교사의 내부평가 문항 개발의 어려움을 도와주기 위해 문제은행 구축이 필요하다.
