In this study, based on NCS (National Competency Standards), the training course is a case study of the results of training that applies the teaching method to project-based training (PBT (Project Based Training). The research target is machinery. It was divided into learners who wish to work in the field and those involved in the company. The analysis period of the results was 2 year from March 2019 to November 2020, and the research results were derived through monitoring, collection of materials, and surveys. 1. As a result of analyzing the perception of the results of education and training of the PBT teaching method, it was analyzed with a 7-point scale standard of 6.02 points. 2. As a result of analyzing the degree of recognition of importance in the entry of the procedure for managing the project-based lesson, (1) the importance of accomplishing the project task was 6.04 points, and (2) the importance for preparing the project report was 5.84 points. (3) Importance of project issue selection This 5.26 points, (4) Importance for project announcement and evaluation was analyzed with 3.60 points. 3. We analyzed that the PBT teaching method would help a lot in employment with a score of 6.02 in the analysis of the degree of substantial support for employment. 4. It was analyzed that the PBT teaching method was highly useful with a score of 6.14 in the analysis of whether it was useful for job performance in a company. Comprehensive analysis results of this study revealed that the PBT teaching method was very satisfied with the learning outcomes and on-site job performance, and the company also recognized very positively about on-site job adaptation and employment maintenance. 이 연구는 NCS(NCS: National Competency Standards)를 기반으로 훈련과정을 프로젝트기반훈련(PBT: Project Based Training)을 교수법을 적용한 훈련성과에 대한 사례 연구이다. 연구대상은 기계분야 취업을 희 망하는 학습자와 기업 관계자로 구분하였다. 성과 분석 기간은 2019년 3월부터 2020년 11월까지 2년간 모니 터링과 자료수집, 설문을 등을 통하여 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 1. PBT 교수 방법의 교육훈련 성과에 대한 인 식을 분석한 결과 7점 척도 기준 6.02점으로 분석되었다. 2. 프로젝트기반 수업을 운영하는 절차에 대한 항목 에서 중요성에 대한 인식 정도를 분석한 결과 ① 프로젝트 과제수행의 중요성이 6.04점, ② 프로젝트 보고서 작성에 대한 중요성이 5.84점, ③ 프로젝트 과제 선정에 대한 중요성이 5.26점, ④ 프로젝트 발표 및 평가에 대한 중요성이 3.60점으로 분석되었다. 3. PBT 교수 방법이 취업에 실질적인 도움 정도에 대한 분석에서 6.02점으로 취업에 많은 도움이 된다고 분석되었다. 4. PBT 교수 방법이 기업에서 직무수행에 도움이 되는지 에 대한 분석에서 6.14점으로 도움 정도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 분석 결과를 종합하면 PBT 교수 방법이 학습성과와 현장 직무수행에 매우 만족하는 것으로 나타났으며, 기업체에서도 현장 직무 적응과 취업 유지 등에 매우 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
