The purpose of this study is to suggest a new role for universities in industry-academic cooperation in response to changes in the rapidly changing industrial environment such as the 4th industrial revolution, and to suggest innovative plans for university education for nurturing human resources for the future society. By linking the 4th industrial revolution and changes in universities, the factors of step-by-step change brought about by the 4th industrial revolution were examined, and university education innovation plans for revitalizing new industrial-educational cooperation were examined through keywords suitable for this. In addition, the existing contents of university education innovation in terms of nurturing talented peoplewho will lead the future society are summarized. Next, in order to look at the future innovation direction of universities in preparation for the 4th industrial revolution, changes in the university's financial structure, education system, entrance exam system, and transition to a lifelong education institution are presented. And then, through the analysis of educational innovation cases of domestic universities and major national universities, the contents of educational innovation that universities are already implementing are based on the flexibility of the academic system, multi-semester system, convergence major opening, intensive completion system, clarification of attendance standards, the granting of multiple degrees between domestic universities, the limited allowance of mobile classes, and the flexibility of the master's course curriculum operation. In addition, we looked at the innovative achievements of university education on the premise of industrial-educational cooperation development by taking examples of Hanyang University's ERICAcampus, Dankook University, and Gachon University. In conclusion, this study suggests to universities to promote more advanced curriculum and infrastructure innovation by presenting the direction of the LINC3.0 project, examples of university education innovation in major countries, and alternative programs. Then, universities will nurture human resources suitable for the needs of the era of the 4th industrial revolution.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 등 급변하는 산업 환경의 변화에 따른 대학의 새로운 산학협력 역할을 제시하고, 미래사회 맞춤형 인재양성을 위한 대학교육 혁신 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 현황 진단 부분에서 4차 산업혁명과 대학의 변화를 연결지음으로써 4차 산업혁 명이 가져올 단계적 변화 요인을 살펴보고 이에 걸맞는 키워드들을 통해 새로운 산학협력 활성화를 위한 대학교육 혁신방안들을 살펴보았으며, 변화하는 사회를 이끌어갈 인재를 양성하는 차원에서의 대학교육 혁신 내용들을 정리하였다. 아울러 4차 산업혁명에 대비한 대학의 향후 혁신 방향을 조망하기 위해 대학의 재정구조, 교육체제, 입시제도, 평생교육기관으로의 전환 차원에서의 변화와 이에 대한 대응방안들을 제시하고 있 다. 다음으로, 국내대학 및 주요국가 대학들의 교육혁신 사례 분석을 통해 대학이 이미 실시하고 있는 교육혁신 내용들을 학사제도의 유연성을 토대로 한 다학기제, 융복합 전공 개설, 집중이수제, 출석기준 명확화, 국내대학간 복수학위 수여 허용, 이동수업의 제한적 허용, 석사과정 학사 운영의 유연화 측면에서 살펴보았으며, 한양대 ERICA캠퍼스, 단국대, 가천대의 사례를 들어 산학협력 발전을 전제로 한 대학교육의 혁신 성과 들을 살펴보았다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 향후 대학들은 4차 산업혁명이라는 시대적 요구에 적합한 미래형 인재양성을 위해 예정된 LINC3.0사업 의 지향점과 주요 국가의 대학교육 혁신 사례, 그리고 대안적 프로그램들을 제시하면서 보다 진일보된 교육과정 및 인프라의 혁신을 추진할 것 을 대학에 당부하고 있다.
