The purpose of this article is to examine examples of writing using local historical and cultural resources conducted as part of university liberal arts education and to explore ways to link this to writing education in the secondary education curriculum creative experience activity process. In the 2015 revised curriculum, as one of the creative experiential activities, writing activities based on linking with other areas within the subject area or other subject learning, and linking with non-curricular activities or writing activities outside of school are actively encouraged. Considering the purpose of this curriculum and the current school situation, this article proposes a writing teaching method using local historical and cultural resources. Writing using local historical and cultural resources is the content of a class conducted at a university located in Jung-gu, Seoul. Through this, it is expected that it will help to increase students' motivation for writing, recognizing that writing education is not limited to classroom instruction but can be achieved in everyday life.

이 글은 대학 교양교육의 일환으로 수행된 지역 역사문화자원을 활용한 글쓰기 사례를 살펴보고 이를 중등교육과정 창의적 체험활동 과정에서의 글쓰기 교육에 연계하는 방안을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 2015 개정 교육과정에서는 창의적 체험 활동의 하나로, 교과 내 다른 영역이나 다른 교과 학습과의 연계, 비교과 활동이나 학교 밖 쓰기 활동과의 연계를 바탕으로 한 글쓰기 활동을 적극적으로 장려하고 있다. 그리고 지역의 사회·문화적 특정이 다양한 형식과 내용으로 글에 반영되어 있음을 이해하고, 다양한 지역에서 생산된 가치 있는 글 읽기를 적극적으로 권장하고 있다. 이러한 교육과정의 취지 및 현재 학교 현장 상황 등을 고려하여, 이 글에서는 지역 역사문화자원을 활용한 대학 교양 글쓰기 프로그램을 검토하고 이를 중등학교 창의적 체험 활동의 쓰기 교육에 접목할 수 있는 방안을 검토해 보았다. 지역 역사문화자원을 활용한 글쓰기는 서울시 중구에 소재한 대학에서 진행한 수업의 내용으로, 이 글에서는 관련 교육 내용을 심도 있게 살펴보고, 이를 중등교육 과정의 창의적 체험활동 글쓰기 수업에 적용할 수 있는 지도 방안을 탐색한다. 이를 통해 글쓰기 교육이 교실 수업에 한정되는 것이 아니라 일상생활에서 이루어질 수 있는 대상임을 인식하고, 쓰기에 대한 학생들의 동기를 높이는데 일조할 것으로 기대한다.
