- As real estate inflation has recently intensified and the stability of people's residential life has weakened, the stabilization of domestic real estate prices centered on apartments has become a very important issue in the government measures for real estate policy. This study proposes a methodology that can quickly, accurately and continuously monitor the status of apartment transactions across the country through the development of the 'Regional Apartment Transaction Concentration Index', analyzing the effectiveness of the index and suggesting its policy application methods.

- 최근 부동산 인플레이션이 심화되어 국민의 주거생활의 안정성 이 약화된 가운데, 아파트 중심의 국내 부동산 가격 안정화는 부동 산 정책의 매우 중요한 이슈가 되었다. 본 연구는 ‘지역별 아파트 거래 집중지수’ 개발을 통해서 전국의 아파트 거래현황을 신속·정 확하고 지속적으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하고, 효과 적인 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다.
