The purpose of this study is to investigate the liturgy of communication and participation that can capture the cultural conflict between tradition and the future as well as the lack of communication between generations in the context of rapid changes in worship due to the current pandemic. The research method is to restate the liturgy in a metaphorical perspective, that is, a modern interpretation of the liturgy that future worshipers can share. This study examines differences in worship according to generational division, exchanges with the global faith community beyond traditional theology and denominations, gifts of worshipers, perceptions of liturgy and online worship spaces that embrace image and imagination, concerns and expectations about technology, and fairness. It presupposes the expectation that worship that reflects the values of the times such as, freedom, justice, and environment, along with metaphorical discourse, can lead the congregation to active communication and active participation beyond the times. Just as most arts, poetry, novels, songs, dances, plays, architecture, and murals use images and metaphors to express the mysteries of God and the faith, so do the elements in worship: prayer, hymn, sermon, order of worship, and so on. The role and function of metaphors can be confirmed in form, worship space and art, body participation and action, lighting, sound, internet, and broadcasting. The following five liturgical metaphors are: linguistic metaphors as worship texts of sermons, prayers, and praise; ceremonial metaphors of worship forms and structures; visual metaphors of worship spaces and worship art; body metaphors as ritual acts; The metaphor of the web will provide the possibility of equal communication and understanding between the rituals of the two extremes of the traditional and the modern, and will enable us to build the foundation for active participation that all ancestral rites are aiming for. When we re-state the liturgy from a metaphorical perspective that connects God, the congregation, and the world, today's liturgy can be approached as a liturgy that connects heaven and the congregation, and the congregation and life.

이 연구는 작금의 팬데믹 현상에 따른 급격한 예배 변화 상황에서 세대 간의 소통 결여와 전통과 미래 사이의 문화적 갈등을 함께 담아낼 수 있는 소통과 참여의 예전 을 규명하는 것이다. 연구 방법은 미래 예배자들이 공유할 수 있는 예전의 현대적 해 석, 즉 메타포적 관점으로 예전을 재진술하는 것이다. 이 연구는 세대별 단절에 따른 예배 차이, 전통적 신학과 교단을 넘어선 글로벌 신앙공동체와의 교류, 예배자의 은 사, 이미지와 상상력을 포용하는 예전, 온라인 예배 공간에 대한 인식, 테크놀로지에 대한 우려와 기대, 공평, 자유, 정의, 환경 등 시대적 가치를 반영한 예배, 이와 함께 메타포적 담론이 시대를 초월하여 회중을 적극적 소통과 능동적 참여로 이끌 수 있다 는 기대를 전제한다. 대부분의 예술, 즉 시, 소설, 노래, 춤, 연극, 건축, 벽화에서 이미 지와 메타포를 사용하여 하나님과 신앙의 신비를 표현하는 것처럼, 예배 안의 요소들, 즉 기도, 찬송, 설교, 예배순서와 형식, 예배공간과 예술, 몸의 참여와 행위, 조명, 음 향, 인터넷, 방송들에서 메타포의 역할과 기능을 확인할 수 있다. 다음 다섯 가지의 예전적 메타포, 즉 설교, 기도, 찬양의 예배 텍스트로서의 언어적 메타포, 예배 형식과 구조로서의 의례적 메타포, 예배 공간과 예배 예술로서의 시각적 메타포, 의례적 행위로서의 몸의 메타포, 테크놀로지로서의 웹(web)의 메타포는 전통 과 현대의 양극단의 의례 사이에 평등한 소통과 이해의 가능성을 제공하고, 모든 예 전이 지향하는 능동적 참여의 기반을 구축할 수 있게 해줄 것이다. 하나님, 회중, 세 상을 이어주는 메타포적인 관점으로 예전을 다시 진술할 때, 오늘의 예전은 하늘과 회중, 회중과 삶을 이어주는 예전으로 다가올 수 있을 것이다.
