This study aims to explore the current status and characteristics of psychological counseling after the change in the counseling psychological system of the Legal Protection and Welfare Service in 2019. To this end, individual in-depth interviews were conducted for 12 counseling positions of the Legal Protection and Welfare Service from June to July 2021, and this was analyzed as a continuous comparison method. As a result of the analysis, 12 topics were identified in 8 areas, including a surge in tasks other than intensive counseling and psychological counseling, psychological test systemization and limited risk group management, involuntary participation of clients, improved employee access, daily support and client-centered counseling, difficulty in evaluating counseling effects, and community resources. Based on this, it was proposed that the psychological counseling of the corporation proceed in the direction of strengthening short-term and daily team cooperation and secure an evaluation system.

본 연구는 법률보호복지공단의 2019년 상담심리 체계 변화 이후 심리상담의 현황과 특성에 대해 탐색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2021년 6월부터 7월까지 법무보 호복지공단 상담직 12명에 대한 개별 심층면접을 실시하고, 이를 지속적 비교방 법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 8개영역에서 12개 주제가 확인되었는데, 집중상담 실시와 심리상담외 업무 급증, 심리검사체계화와 제한적 위험군 관리, 내담자의 비자발적 참여, 직원의 상담에 대한 인식개선과 팀접근, 일상적 지지와 내담자 중심의 상담접근, 상담효과 평가 어려움, 상담사의 정체성 혼란과 재규정, 지역사 회자원연계의 어려움이다. 이를 바탕으로 공단의 심리상담이 단기, 일상적 팀협 력을 강화하는 방향으로 진행되고 평가체계를 확보할 것을 제안하였다.
