This study establishes a model for the purpose of researching the relationships among stakelolders in the Chinese renewable resource industry. The main contents of this study are as follows. First, the existing researches on Chinese renewable resources industry are mainly limited to economics, and the available value provided by these kind of researches is very limited. As part of the management strategy of renewable resources, this study identified the effect of the network activities and participation of stakeholders in the Chinese renewable resource industry on the organizational performance of the renewable resource industry. Second, prior studies on renewable resources have been studied in a variety of ways, but no studies have been conducted on the network of stakeholders of renewable resource companies in China. This study examines the network characteristics of stakeholders and their effects on mutual trust, mutual information exchange, and mutual partnership. Third, we validate the hypothesis on the effect of renewable resource stakeholders' networks on the willingness of network activity and network participation, and the results have been positively influenced in all hypotheses. Fourth, the results showed that participation of renewable resource stakeholders also has a positive effect on organizational performance. Finally, we identified the problems derived through the performance of theoretical research and empirical analysis, and presented implications for a unified approach and mutual cooperation orientation in revitalizing the renewable resource industry in Korea and China.

본 연구는 재생자원산업에 관한 선행연구인 정책규정, 거시정책 지원 측면을 중심으로 연구되 고 있는 차원에서 중국의 재생자원산업과 이해관계자들과의 관련성에 관한 연구를 목적으로 모 형을 설정하여 가설을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요 내용과 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 재생자원산업에 관한 기존연구는 주로 경제적 가치에 한정하여 연구가 이루어졌는데 이러한 연 구가 제공하는 연구 결과와 활용도는 매우 제한적이다. 따라서 본 연구는 재생자원산업의 경영 전략의 일환으로 중국 재생자원산업의 이해관계자 네트워크 활동의지, 네트워크 참여도가 중국 재생자원산업 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 둘째, 재생자원에 대한 선행연구는 다양하 게 연구되어 왔지만 중국의 재생자원업체를 대상으로 하는 이해관계자 네트워크에 미치는 영향 과 관련한 연구는 전무하다. 본 연구는 이해관계자의 네트워크 특성 중 이해관계자간의 상호신 뢰, 상호정보교환, 상호파트너십에 관한 영향을 연구하였다. 셋째, 재생자원 이해관계자의 네트 워크가 네트워크 활동의지 및 네트워크 참여도에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설을 검증하였으며 모 든 가설에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 결과가 나왔다. 넷째, 네트워크 활동의지는 네트워크 참여 도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 네트워크 참여도 역시 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 이론연구와 실증분석의 결과를 통하여 도출된 문 제점을 파악하고, 한국과 중국재생자원 산업 활성화와 지속가능발전을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.
