The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of job resources and self-elasticity of foreign-only casino security personnel on job stress due to COVID-19. A survey was conducted from December 2020 to 02 2021 with a population of foreign-only casino security personnel to identify such research purposes. At this time, the purpose of the survey was explained to the participants and consent was sought, and the survey was answered using self-evaluation techniques. 210 copies of the recovered data were recovered and used for the final analysis. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation, and regression analysis were performed for analysis methods. As a result of hypothesis verification, first, only the boss support of job resources of foreign casino security officers had a negative impact on the role conflict and role ambiguity of job stress. On the other hand, both boss support and peer support had a negative impact on the role of job stress. Second, the self-elasticity of foreign-only casino security officers had a negative impact on job stress's role conflicts, role ambiguity, and role overload. The results suggest the importance of job resources to relieve job stress. In addition, it shows the need for job support and peer support, which are job resources provided to foreign-only casino security personnel, to be appropriately applied to job stress relief. It also suggests the need to strengthen self-elasticity, which is the ability and capacity of casino security personnel to cope with external stimuli on their own to reduce job stress.

이 연구는 외국인전용 카지노 보안담당자의 직무자원과 자아탄력성이 COVID-19로 인 해 느끼는 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 규명하기 위하여 2020년 12월부터 2021년 02월까지 외국인전용 카지노 보안담당자를 모집 단으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이때 설문조사의 목적을 참여자에게 설명한 뒤 동의 를 구하였고, 자기평가기입법으로 설문조사에 응답하도록 하였다. 회수된 210부의 자료가 회수되었고, 이를 최종분석에 활용하였다. 분석은 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 가설검증의 결과로는 첫째, 외국인전용 카지노 보안담당자의 직무자원 중에 상사지원만 직무스트레스의 역할갈등과 역할모호성에 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 반면, 직무스트레스의 역할과부하에는 상사지원과 동료지원 모두 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 외국인전용 카지노 보안담당자의 자아탄력성은 직무스트레스의 역할갈등, 역할모호성, 역 할과부하 모두에 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이 결과는 직무스트레스 해소에 직무자원의 중요 성을 시사한다. 또한, 외국인전용 카지노 보안담당자에게 조직적 측면에서 제공되는 직무 자원인 상사지원과 동료지원이 직무스트레스 해소에 적절하게 적용되어야 할 필요성을 보 여준다. 또한 직무스트레스 감소를 위해 카지노 보안담당자 스스로 외적인 자극에 대처하 는 능력이자 역량인 자아탄력성 강화의 필요성도 시사하고 있다.
