This paper is designed to study how to apply the concept of contact in Gestalt therapy to christian counseling. Thinking that counselees' contact with God is very important in christian counseling, the researcher explored the related areas of application. In the introduction, the researcher studied how the concept of contact in Gestalt therapy is expressed in the Holy Bible and explored modes of contact with God the father, Jesus the son and the Holy Spirit. God the father created Adam from clay and came into contact with the first man; Jesus the son came to this earth as a human being, preached the gospel and healed the sick coming into contact with many men. The Holy Spirit allowed humans to lead their changed lives by coming contact with them fully present in the mind of each human. In the main subject, the researcher explored how to apply the functions, kinds, of contact, etc. to christian counseling. The dimension of contact was divided into sensory dimension, physical dimension, emotional dimension, linguistic dimension, and meditative dimension After mentioning introjection, projection, confluence, retroflection, deflection which were thought to be the obstructions of contact in Gestalt therapy, the researcher considered the applicability to christian counseling. While Gestalt therapy emphasizes the recovery of physical, psychological, and relational areas based on contact, it does not spiritual ones. In Christian counseling, the therapeutic effect of contact is seen as personal change and growth along with physical healing, psychological healing, and spiritual healing. In conclusion, the researcher thought that the concept of contact in Gestalt therapy is fully applicable to the spiritual areas of christian counseling.

본 논문의 목적은 게슈탈트치료의 ‘접촉’ 개념을 기독교상담에 어떻게 적용할 수 있을 것인가에 대한 연구이다. 연구자는 기독교상담에서 내담자와 하나님과의 접촉이 매우 중요하다고 보고 이와 관련된 적용 영역을 살펴보았다. 서론에서는 게슈탈트치 료에서 말하는 ‘접촉’ 개념을 성경에서는 어떻게 표현하고 있는지 알아보고, 성부 하 나님, 성자 예수님, 성령 하나님의 접촉 양식을 살펴보았다. 성부 하나님은 흙으로 아 담을 빚으시면서 최초의 인간과 접촉하셨으며, 성자 예수님은 인간의 몸으로 이 땅에 오셔서 수많은 사람과 접촉하면서 복음을 전하시고, 병든 자들을 고치셨다. 성령 하나 님은 각 사람의 마음에 충만하게 임하시는 접촉을 통해 변화된 삶을 살게 했다. 본론 에서는 ‘접촉’의 기능과, 접촉의 종류를 언급했으며, 접촉의 차원에는 감각적 차원, 신 체적 차원, 감정적 차원, 언어적 차원, 명상적 차원으로 나누어 살펴 보았다. 또한 접 촉의 방해요인 등을 기독교상담에서 어떻게 적용할 것인지 살펴보았는데, 게슈탈트치 료에서 접촉의 방해요인이라고 할 수 있는 내사, 투사, 융합, 반전, 자의식 등을 언급 한 후 기독교상담에서의 적용 가능성을 고찰했다. 게슈탈트치료는 접촉을 통하여 신 체적, 심리적, 관계적 영역의 회복을 강조하고 있는데, 영적인 접촉은 크게 강조되지 않고 있다. 기독교상담에서 접촉의 치료적 효과는 육체적 치유와 심리적인 치유 더 나아가 영적인 치유와 더불어 인격적인 변화와 성장이라고 보았다. 결론적으로 연구 자는 게슈탈트치료의 ‘접촉’ 개념을 기독교상담의 영적인 영역에서 충분히 적용할 수 있다고 보았다.
