The purpose of this study is to re-verify the direct effect of a low level of cultural acculturation on the delinquency of adolescents from multicultural families, and to empirically analyze whether social support factors buffer the relationship between the level of cultural acculturation and delinquency in this influence relationship. For the empirical analysis, data from the 5th year of the Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study (MAPS) collected by the Korea Youth Policy Institute was used. 1,347 youths participating in the 5th year were used for statistical analysis, and the contents related to the scale used in the statistical analysis were presented in the User Guide for Multicultural Youth (MAPS) 1st-8th surveys of the Korea Youth Policy Institute (2020). As a result of the study, first, teacher support among the types of social support in the delinquency experience of adolescents from multicultural families was verified as a major protective factor reducing the level of delinquency experience. Second, it was verified that adolescents from multicultural families with high multicultural receptivity had a higher level of delinquency experience, which was explained by the negative effect of implicit antipathy toward adolescents from multicultural families in South Korea. The results of this study suggest the need for follow-up studies that reflect the characteristics of the first and second generations of domestic immigrants by suggesting the positive relationship between multicultural acceptability and delinquency as a result of disproving the theory of cultural acculturation, making the type of multicultural acceptability more concrete in the future. Finally, policy suggestions and limitations of this study are discussed.

이 연구의 목적은 다문화가정 청소년의 전반적인 문화변용수준이 비행에 미치는 직접적인 영향력 을 재검증하고, 문화변용 적응과정에서 사회적 지지의 완충적 조절효과를 분석하는 것이다. 실증분 석을 위해서 한국청소년정책연구원에서 수집하는 다문화청소년패널조사(Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study, MAPS)의 5차년도 데이터를 사용하였다. 통계분석에는 5차년도 참여 청소년 1,347명이 사용되었으며, 통계분석에 활용된 척도와 관련된 내용은 한국청소년정책연구원(2020)의 다문화청소 년(MAPS) 제1-8차 조사 데이터 유저가이드에 제시된 내용을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 다문화가 정 청소년의 비행경험에 있어 사회적 지지 유형 중 교사지지가 비행경험 수준을 경감하게 하는 주 요한 보호요인으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 다문화수용성이 높은 다문화가정 청소년일수록 비행경험 수준 이 높은 것으로 검증되었으며, 이는 우리나라의 다문화가정 청소년에 대한 암묵적 반감의 정서의 부 정적 영향에 의한 것으로 설명되었다. 이 연구결과는 문화변용이론을 반증하는 결과로서의 다문화수 용성과 비행과의 정적 영향관계를 제시함으로써 향후 다문화수용성의 유형을 보다 구체화하여 국내 이민 1세대와 2세대의 특성을 반영한 후속연구의 필요성을 제언하였다. 끝으로 이 연구의 정책적 제 언과 연구의 한계를 논의하였다.
