The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of private security guards' shared leadership (directive, transactional, transformative, delegated) on knowledge sharing and resident orientation for private security guards working in private security companies in domestic regions (Gyeongnam, Busan Ulsan). The results of this study are that, first, knowledge sharing increases when private security guards have high shared leadership (directive, transactional, transformative, and delegating). Second, private security guards with high knowledge sharing have more resident-oriented activities toward residents. Third, if the private security guards' shared leadership (directive, transactional, transformative, and delegating) is high, resident orientation is increased. Fourth, when the shared leadership (directive, transactional, transformative, and delegating) of private security guards increases, knowledge sharing increases and thus residents' orientation increases. Fifth, looking at the mediating effect, among the sub-factors (directive, transactional, transformational, and delegating) of shared leadership of private security guards, there is a partial mediating effect of transactional shared leadership and transformative shared leadership → knowledge sharing → resident orientation confirmed to be caused by This recognized the need for a human resource plan for private security guards in Korea.

본 연구의 목적은 대한민국 국내의 부산지역, 경남지역, 울산지역 등에서 민간경비회사에서 종사 하는 민간경비원을 대상으로 공유리더십(지시적, 거래적, 변혁적, 위임형)이 지식공유와 주민지향성 에 미치는 영향과 공유리더십이 주민지향성의 관계에 지식공유가 미치는 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 민간경비원의 공유리더십(지시적, 거래적, 변혁적, 위임형)이 높으면 지식공유가 높아진다는 것이다. 둘째, 지식공유가 높은 민간경비원은 주민을 향한 주민지향성의 활동이 증가한 다는 것이다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 공유리더십(지시적, 거래적, 변혁적, 위임형)이 높으면 주민지향성 이 증가된다는 것이다. 넷째, 민간경비원의 공유리더십(지시적, 거래적, 변혁적, 위임형)이 높아지면 지식공유가 높아지고 이에 따라 주민지향성이 증가 된다는 것이다. 다섯째, 매개효과를 살펴보면, 민 간경비원의 공유리더십의 하부요인(지시적, 거래적, 변혁적, 위임형) 중에서 거래적공유리더십 및 변 혁적공유리더십 →지식공유→주민지향성의 매개역활의 효과가 부분적으로 유의한 것으로 분석되었 다. 분석결과로 인적관리를 위한 민간경비원의 인적자원방안의 필요성을 위한 효율적인 인적자원 개 선의 방안에 대한 해결점을 풀어주는 연구였다.
