This study aims to examine structural causal relationships among emotional problems, social activities, and cyber delinquency in adolescents using the Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, social withdrawal has a significant negative influence and depression has a significant positive influence on fandom activity. On the other hand, aggression has no significant impact on it. Second, social withdrawal has a significant negative effects on adolescents activities, but aggression and depression have no significant impact on them. Meanwhile, fandom activity has a significant positive influence on adolescents activities. Third, aggression and depression have a significant positive influence on cyber delinquency in adolescents, but social withdrawal has a significant negative influence on it. In addition, fandom activity and adolescents activities have a significant positive influence on it. Fourth, from youth social activities such as fandom activity and adolescents activities, we find that there is a significant negative mediating effect between social withdrawal and cyber delinquency in adolescents but a significant positive mediating effect between depression and cyber delinquency.

본 연구는 한국아동·청소년패널조사를 이용하여 청소년의 정서문제와 사회활 동, 그리고 사이버비행간의 구조적 인과관계를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 결 과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 정서문제가 팬덤활동에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 위축은 부적 영향력이, 우울은 정적 영향력이 있었다. 한편 공격성은 팬덤활동에 유의한 영향력이 없었다. 둘째, 청소년의 정서문제가 청소년활동에 미치는 영향 에서는 사회적 위축은 부적 영향력이 있었으나 공격성과 우울은 청소년활동에 유의한 영향력이 없었다. 한편 팬덤활동은 청소년활동에 정적 영향력이 있었다. 셋째, 공격성과 우울은 청소년 사이버비행에 정적 영향력, 사회적 위축은 부적 영향력이 있었으며, 팬덤활동과 청소년활동은 정적 영향력이 있었다. 넷째, 팬덤활동 및 청소년활동 등 청소년 사회활동의 매개효과를 살펴보면, 사회적 위축은 부적 매개효과가, 우울은 정적 매개효과가 있었다. 즉 청소년의 팬덤활동과 청소 년활동은 사회적 위축이 심한 청소년이 사이비비행을 할 가능성을 낮추는 보호 효과가 있는 것으로 나온 반면 우울이 심한 청소년의 경우 사이버비행의 가능성 을 높이는 위험요인으로 작동하였다.
